First they forgot the two appointments I had made. One on a Sunday they forgot, then the Monday lunchtime for an oil change. After two apologies they did the oil change and filter on Tuesday. They kept stressing how I required, "a full car checkup for only $25". I declined. I drove home and checked the oil. A good portion of it was over the engine, as they had not screwed the oil filler cap down enough. 2 days later I went back and told them and also mentioned that the transmission was shifting erratically and they stressed how important a full car checkup would be at this point and how they could do a full service on the transmission, although I had had NO problems till this point. I went elsewhere and the vacuum hose leading to the shifter actuator on the side of the transmission had been removed and neatly coiled up on the side of the engine. I thought about going in swinging to the mental midget who runs the place, but realised it would not do anything. These jokers should not be allowed to be in business. Please avoid them at all costs.

I took my Pontiac grand am 2005 and Sammy, his mechanic and front desk staff was very helpful. The prices were very reasonable and I was pleased with the oil change and the change of break pads that they did. Thanks! I will definitely come back and I strongly reccommend it.

In south Florida going without A/C is not an option in the summer. The boys at Auto Tronics took care of me when my compressor went, even though I have a car with hard to find parts. I'll never go anywhere else.

There are a lot of good wrenches in the world, but there are few who are also able to run an elite business. Angie runs one of the best businesses I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She does what she says she is going to do. The cars are well taken care of. She communicates well using text message, email, and follow up calls. I was referred by my BMW mechanic for a exhaust problem. After speaking with the owner of prospect muffler and shown the problem I was amazed at how fast they had the problem fixed and I was back on the road again! While I was there I had a nicer looking exhaust tip put on as well! Thanks for the great price and fast work!

I used to go there a lot, but the last two or three times was less than perfect. I left them a tire to check a slow leak weeks later Nobody took care of it really! I talk to the boss Ziad he is only song and dance. Then I asked the guy to flip a Tire on the rim they damaged the bead scrapping that one year old tire…. Needless to say I’m not going back.

This is the worst place ever to take your car to get your a/c fixed. People may seem nice and honest there. But my most sincere opinion is, to never go there for anything. Price might seem reasonable to you against comparing it to another competitor; because that's what we did. Trying to save a few bucks, bottom line, took our cars to get their a/c repaired and none of them work properly. Took one of them 3 times to see if they can correct the problem, and they couldn't it. They even said that they will find a professional in a/c to try to fix it. Bull and all bull...they didn't resolve the problem.
