I always take my car to this family owned business. Mark and Cheryl take such good care of me and my car. How many times do you go to a mechanic to get 'checked out' and they say 'everything looks good. You don't need anything but the oil change.' These are people you can trust. Robyn H. Tampa, FL

I recently called Tire Kingdom to explain a problem I was having with my car. I was told when I have about 45 minutes if I could bring the car in they will look it over and give me an estimate at no charge On Monday afternoon I did just That. The mechanic check over my car. I was given the results by the assistant manager and the mechanic showed me the problems. They gave me several different options/suggestions. Everyone at Tire Kingdom were friendly, helpful and professional. I give a thumbs to the Zephyrhills Tire Kingdom and I would not hesitate to use them in the future. Thank you for your assistance. Frank is a master in his art. He has now completed the 2nd major engine out service on my Ferrari 355, the first in 2008 and recent one in 2015. The most recent service included huge changes including radiator replacements, suspension and shock work, engine tear down to replace and test everything (injectors, leakdowns etc). Frank takes his time and misses nothing. Anything that comes up while in the process gets a phone call and a decision is jointly made before he proceeds. He takes his time and is a true adviser, never pushing for additional work always advising and showing, reviewing and making decisions based on time and cost and availability. He is honest in his assessments and happy to review risk/rewards. His pricing is fair and he has never taken advantage. He treats all his customers with respect and not as another wallet to be taken advantage of. He truely loves the cars he is working on. He will happily take time for phone calls and "dumb owner" questions and happy to meet with you any time of the day to just shoot the breeze. Nobody will ever work on my Ferrari's other than Frank in the future.

An amazing team here, they treat you like family, service is very personalized and on point. Rocky and the mechanics are fair and truthful, jobs are always done correctly and with attention to detail. I have NEVER been disappointed here, they are so knowledgeable and have tons of experience. Hanna and Cindy in the office are amazing and a wealth of knowledge themselves! I am in good hands with them and would never trust my Jaguar to anyone else.

Do not use this place, I brought a truck tire & rim in to change tire on in the back of my van. They did put tire on rim, but as I pulled out my tire light turned on for one of the van tires I was driving on. I made a Uturn and pulled back in to look. Well, the tire was punctured on their property because of all the debris & junk they have all over their driveway. I pointed it out, they went to repair it but the damage was so bad the tire was destroyed. They would not replace it. On top of that, the customer service guy would not give me receipt for tire exchange or his name.

They Had our vehicle for over 1 month. Was told every other day it would be done. They said they fixed the transmission problem & then wasn't fixed. A dollar was stolen from our center console, Mcdonald cup in the cup holder. & then when supposedly the transmission was fixed the spark plug blew out of the engine on their test drive. We Were told it was fixed, drove it 2 blocks & was making loud noises, supposedly spark plug shot out again. Picked up again the next day because it was supposed to be fixed & same thing happened. I pulled out the coil pack & they didn't even replace it, instead they cemented it onto the engine block. Spark plug wasn't re-threaded like they said they were going to. There was also glue on the plug as well. When my wife attempted to talk with the owner about their shotty work the owner yelled and cursed at her & told her to get off his property. We were just asking for part of the money back from the spark plug issue they failed to fix.

I went there for new tires and an alignment, I took pictures in the parking lot of my rims before they took my truck in, which showed NO scratches. After the new tires are on I have the same deep scratch on each rim. And they refuse to admit it was them. Even though i am sure they fixed the machine that messed up my rims, they had to because there is no way it wasnt them. The manager is a money hungry greedy pos, he will run this shop out of business.
