I just had my 2008 SRX Cadillac serviced at your store # 1066 today 6/20/2012 And wanted to commet on the cost, which came to $96.89 which I think is excessive. My son in law gets his 2010 Cadillac Escalade with the north star engine ghanged at the dealership for $ 63.00 And my engine is the 6 cyl. not the north star engine. I have taken my truck to your facillity for several years and had it serviced with no problems with pricing. They charge $ 7.99 for a extra quart which I think is more than fair, so at $ 7.99 a quart at regular 5 quarts would be $ 40.00 so they must charge $ 45.00 for the oil filter and the service? Self diagnosing on web searches led me to expect a more costly repair. I initially set up my appointment stating what I thought was wrong with my car. After a short wait, I was told that I have cheap, noisy brakes! Thank you Greg and your staff for having the knowledge and integrity to fix the issue and not take advantage of me. As long as this shop is open, I will continue to drive well out of my way for all repairs and services.
