Can't begin to describe how amazing everyone was at the 9th St location was. I was lost and traveling long distance and was in a panic regarding a flat tire on my cousins car. They got me in quickly and did a thorough job checking the tire and rim since I drove on the flat for several miles. I met a lady who had been taking her car there for years and talked highly of them and she was right. Great staff great work so glad I stumbled upon this shop. They could tell I had a terrible morning and did the work for free! I felt so blessed they made my day I could never thank them enough!

This is the first time I personally used Carnovale Car Care for my Maserati. I was referred by a friend who has been very pleased with their service. The experience felt very personal; I did not feel like a job ticket #. From the owner, to the owner's father, to the office gal Debbie, and to the mechanics (especially Dennis), the experience was everything one could ask for. I am a person who likes to know everything about my car so that I can anticipate or prevent future problems, and they took as long as necessary -- even going above and beyond -- to educate me on how things worked.
