Terrible service, rude and unprofessional management. Had an appointme... read more Terrible service, rude and unprofessional management. Had an appointment for an insurance inspection 12/8/16 at 9am. Arrived at 8:45am, the place was closed. They were supposed to open at 8 according to posted hours. I called and Kris (the owner) said he was "on his way". He showed up at 9:30 complaining that I had called him and his business phone rings on his cell phone. He later apologized and we set up another inspection appointment the next day at 9:15am, for a different car. I arrived the next day at 9:10am, the business was closed so called him at 9:30am (he was already 15 minutes late). He said he would be there in "half an hour". I said "forget it" and left. Total waste of time and gas.
I have to say that Frank Jr. and his crew were wonderful. My car was o... read more I have to say that Frank Jr. and his crew were wonderful. My car was over heating and I brought them my car first thing Monday morning and by the afternoon my car was back in my hand. They even stand behind their work because when there was a small hiccup the fixed it with out a second thought. The customer service is outstanding, they did a call back to ensure that I was satisfied with the way my car was running and if I had any other issues. They have made a new customer for life.
