Walter Cameron runs his Business "Complete Cabinet Renovations" out of your Unit D56. He did NOT honor the Contract we had with him for building cabinets and demanded all money "up front" and did not finish our cabinets. Picked them up June 12th unfinished, unpainted....He was demanding me to pay the Unit RENT again this month or he would not finish the job. He was working on other things besides our cabinets. I waited 7 hours to have a hitch installed. I was told this would take 1-2 hours on the phone. When I arrived they said it would take 3-4 hours. From a customer service-satisfaction standpoint, this was utterly rediculous. I was informed someone had car trouble and that was the reason they were understaffed. It amazed me that I arrived at 8 a.m. and there was a constant stream of individuals in and out of the facility. They chose to keep "me" waiting and help everyone else that walked through the door as opposed to me .. the person who had an appointment. Needless to say I plan on informing as many people as possbile about my experience. This ended up costing me over $500 more for relocation due to the fact I had to stay an additional night in Orlando. I have never repsponded on line to any service received in the past. This was so unacceptable on so many different levels I don't even know where to begin... customer service, lack of respect of my time and planning, poor judgement, incosideration of "any" customers time, poor appointment scheduling, failure to execute any completion time set forth and the list continues. I move every couple of months due to work and I will pay double before I ever use the UHaul facility on Orange Blossom again.
