Oil change service near Tampa, FL

We sell new and used tires and also do light mechanic work.

This is the first time I ever took my SUV (88K MILES) to get the oil changed outside my own garage and it will be the last the last thanks to this joint. Besides feeling like I was at a car dealership as they tried to sell me every extra maintenance upgrade under the sun, at some point they missed the 2" hole that the oil goes into and proceeded to splash a good part of the driver side engine compartment. Not to mention leaving a mess when they took off the old filter. Oil all over the cross member!!! It was a three mile drive home and I still had oil dripping off the undercarriage and onto my driveway. Looks like the $3.00 charge for "shop supplies" doesn't include rags to clean up your mess! Way to go fellas...stupid is...stupid does!!! Now excuse me while I drain out your crap oil and change the new ¢.13 filter with my own stuff. Thanks for the $34.00 FLUSH A HOLES! HAVE A DAY!

I've always been very happy with the work you guys do. I was recently very impressed to find out that it was quite a bit cheaper to come to Bergman's than it was to go to a "value" car repair place, and your team definitely knew a lot more about my BMW than Long tire and Auto did. WOW These guys are awesome! Their honesty and troubleshooting skills puts them over the top. I'm a 28 year Aviation Industry veteran and would highly recommend Transbuilt Transmission. I appreciate and know good mechanics when I see them. My Jeep Grand Cherokee had transmission related problems along with other electrical issues. Their diagnostics led them to an electrical module that was interfering with the vehicles communication data bus. They were honest about their findings and were very effective in the repair. My 2011 car stalled out multiple time and was accelerating when in park. Willow bend automotive called and told me my filter was dirty and once they cleaned that the problem went away however they found Multiple issues. Over 1500 dollars to fix it was a lot but we have to have a reliable vehicle. Fast forward to the day after we got the vehicle fixed we noticed it was missing a little when we slowed down or in park. A couple weeks later the car stopped while behind another vehicle on a busy road. The thing I brought it in for was NEVER fixed. So now more than 500.00 more they want to fix something that was supposed to be fixed. Unbelievable. Yesterday I asked the mechanic if it would cost me something and today they called back and told me a different story. I went by good reviews. Never again. I feel scammed.

Been here a few times now. Simply put mechanics who know their craft and whom you can TRUST. If it ain't broke they won't fix it. Icing on the cake...they're good people.
