I just received service from this company in Tampa, FL at the Kennedy Bvd location and the man who said he was the manager, Steven, had changed my oil and drained my coolant. He had asked me to put in new coolant for $89.99 and I said NO, which then I left the business and within 10 minutes my car had overheated. I then went and purchased my own coolant and went back to the station to have him (and the cameras) witness ME put a whole bottle of coolant in my car.
