Every time I go to Paul Mancini for service on my 2001 Cadillac SLS, he is thorough and fair. I have had new tires put on, A/C fixed, Oil Changed. Paul always has helpful advise to save me money and always tells me what I should do next on my 11 year old car and what I can put off a little while longer. I have been going to them since 2009. My wife has a 2009 Cadillac CTS that needed a spark plug changed according to the diagnostic scanner. I called Dimmitt Cadillac in Clearwater and spoke with Spencer to get an estimate before she went by to have it serviced. Spencer took my number and said he would call back in an hour. Spencer called by 4 hours later and gave me a price of $78 to change the plug and noted it could be a coil pack and if so, the total would be $275. We made the appointment and took the car in to Dimmitt Cadillac in Clearwater to have the plug changed. Several hours later we received a call from Bill in service who stated that the plug would cost $350 to change just the one spark plug. They also wanted to charge an additional $150 to diagnose the check engine light that we had already checked for free. Moral of this story: Always get an estimate when dealing with the service department at Dimmitt Cadillac in Clearwater! Otherwise just expect to be overcharged and under-serviced. Needless to say, we opted not to have the service done at Dimmit Cadillac as the price change between service advisers was so absorbent.

Frank is a master in his art. He has now completed the 2nd major engine out service on my Ferrari 355, the first in 2008 and recent one in 2015. The most recent service included huge changes including radiator replacements, suspension and shock work, engine tear down to replace and test everything (injectors, leakdowns etc). Frank takes his time and misses nothing. Anything that comes up while in the process gets a phone call and a decision is jointly made before he proceeds. He takes his time and is a true adviser, never pushing for additional work always advising and showing, reviewing and making decisions based on time and cost and availability. He is honest in his assessments and happy to review risk/rewards. His pricing is fair and he has never taken advantage. He treats all his customers with respect and not as another wallet to be taken advantage of. He truely loves the cars he is working on. He will happily take time for phone calls and "dumb owner" questions and happy to meet with you any time of the day to just shoot the breeze. Nobody will ever work on my Ferrari's other than Frank in the future.

An amazing team here, they treat you like family, service is very personalized and on point. They Had our vehicle for over 1 month. Was told every other day it would be done. They said they fixed the transmission problem & then wasn't fixed. A dollar was stolen from our center console, Mcdonald cup in the cup holder. & then when supposedly the transmission was fixed the spark plug blew out of the engine on their test drive. We Were told it was fixed, drove it 2 blocks & was making loud noises, supposedly spark plug shot out again. Picked up again the next day because it was supposed to be fixed & same thing happened. I pulled out the coil pack & they didn't even replace it, instead they cemented it onto the engine block. Spark plug wasn't re-threaded like they said they were going to. There was also glue on the plug as well. When my wife attempted to talk with the owner about their shotty work the owner yelled and cursed at her & told her to get off his property. We were just asking for part of the money back from the spark plug issue they failed to fix.
