Headlights would sporadically just go out. Not good. Mechanic tested everything and found the problem. He replaced a defective part that is known to malfunction in the make and model of my vehicle. Everything is now fine. Once again, Edison Auto has not just met, but exceeded my expectations and at a fair and reasonable price. They never try to push unnecessary repairs. This is a fair and honest localbusiness with the latest diagnostic computerized equipment.

I've used Coastland Automotive to mechanically service my 2001 Porsche 911 for a few years. I'm happy to report they are knowledgeable, prompt, courteous and price competitive. The waiting room, which I use for each visit, is clean, comfortable and welcoming. They get a two thumbs up from my discerning point of view. You should give them a try without hesitation. Coastland has greatly helped me out as a young car owner. They do all my routine maintenance work (the wait time for an oil change is next to nothing from what I used to wait when I took my car to the dealership) and even fixed the clip on my fender for free the same day I noticed it was hanging from beneath my car. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they all jumped to help me understand what was needed to be done to maintain my car and helped me decide how to break up the list in the most affordable way. I would recommend Coastland Automotive services to anyone who cares about their car!

If you have a high end Lexus, DO NOT bring your car here. I brought my SC430 in for a simple oil change and motor mounts. The mechanic backed the car out with the driver door open and CRUNCHED it! Of course I was very upset, Shariff agreed to repair it but only at the bodyshop of his neighbor. He insisted. When I can to pick the car up after waiting a week, I was shocked to see the butchered repair. After two more futile tries at the same bodyshop and wasting two more tri[ps to pick it up, I insisted that I take it to the shop of my choice. I had to threaten to bring in my lawyer before Shariff agreed to pay for it. A very stressful and time wasting experience. Kudos for Gerber Collision & Glass for doing the repairs right the first time. I will NEVER recommend Lexpert to anyone after this experience.

Worst customer service I have ever received in my life. No respect for my time, no respect for my business, no respect period. Had ordered parts back in June 15 with Oscar for my Porsche, it is now July 15 and I have been calling, emailing, texting and no response. This is completely unacceptable and terrible business practice. You do not ignore your customers! If you didn't want to do the job to begin with, this should have been communicated initially! No need to waste my time especially a month of my time! I am so upset and can’t even think straight…. When I called the shop and finally got a hold of Oscar he acted like he didn’t even know who i was and put the blame on me for not being able to reach him although he gave me his cell phone number initially and told me that I should email or call him directly the last time I was in getting a repair because I couldn’t reach him at the shop! No apology, no sorry, nothing. Unbelievable. I've never been and felt this disrespected in my life. I want to speak to the shop owner Mike immediately and I will be seeing him this week to discuss the situation. If he has ANY INTEGRITY AT ALL, Obviously I am not going to be taking my business here and I will be going elsewhere as this relationship has been burned, but I think he needs to know the type of business practice that his partner is engaging in. At least have SOME INTEGRITY and get back to me, this is childish and we are supposed to be professional adults!

This is the place to take your vehicle. Really. I had no idea where to go when my BMW's computers shut down several weeks ago, other than the costly service dept at the BMW dealer. The alternator and battery, which ended up being the root cause, also gave up the ghost at the same time. As did the coolant reservoir. Most everything is packed into the engine compartment and takes many hours to diagnose, remove, and replace. Not to mention the cost of the parts. I received open ended estimates from the BMW dealer in Fort Myers as well as an independent shop. It was pretty bleak and little hope was offered regarding the health of the computer system in the car. The projected repair costs were in the multi thousands. A neighbor suggested I call Kellyn at Karr Automotive. I did and he spent quality time with me listening to the problems. Along with the computer shutting down and dead battery, I mentioned that there was also a loud rattling and that the car has seemed sluggish since I purchased (the just out of warranty) car several years ago. No shops had been able to figure that out and I just lived with bad performance. I mentioned that the dealer suggested the main computer and specialized software were the problem, and needed other expensive diagnostic testing. Kellyn didn't think so and said to bring it in and he'd figure the situation out. I had it flatbedded to Karr Automotive the next day. Surprisingly Kellyn had researched all the issues before I got there and went right to work on the car. When I picked it up a few days later I was amazed at how well the car ran! No more rattle, no more sluggishness. It was like a new car and fun to drive! He'd also ended up replacing the water pump and found failed seals in the crankcase vent valves. The internal pressure in the engine was compounding on itself and causing the sluggishness. Wow, what difference! And the bill? It was about 5 times less expensive than I'd been quoted from the BMW dealer. And they didn't even know about the other items he found and fixed. And it certainly didn't need a new computer or software as had been promoted by the dealer. After I picked it up, I drove it to the Keys the next day. It ran like a top! Love it again! This has been long winded, but I really wanted to speak to the thoroughness of Karr Automotive's attention to my car and how they researched the entire group of problems and fixed the issues completely. Any mechanic can put in a water pump or plug in a new computer unit. Kellyn put in the extra effort to solve the issue as a whole, rather than piece by piece. Lastly, people are often deceived by auto mechanics pretending to listen and who then hand them a large bill surprise at pickup time. You will find Karr Automotive an honest, respectful, and attentive repair facility for any type of vehicle. 5 stars in my book for sure.

They were a breath of fresh air and answered all my questions honestly which made me feel extremely comfortable and confident with this shop!! My car was done on time as premises and looked better than new. Local owned and operated - trust me and give them your business because it's the best quality I've ever seem locally .

Wayne is awesome!!! He did such an amazing job with our car. Our alternator went out and we could not figure out the issue. Called Wayne, and did a thorough research....save us THOUSANDS! Plus he's mobile! It doesn't get any better than that! Very professional and such a nice guy. I recommend him to everyone I know :)

My Honda Gold Wing was covered with Kilz Spray paint. The local Honda dealer wanted to total the bike out. A call was made to Flecha Automotive. The management and staff immediately made arrangements to transport the motorcycle to their facility. They worked with my insurance company to get approval for repairs. The repairs were timely performed and the motorcycle looks good as new. I have nothing but praise for this facility and their staff.
