i do not write reviews normally,,,but i read them a lot so i wanted to give one to this firestone. lake worth rd and jog. their honest! ive bought tires for all 3 of my vehicles here.-they rotate them for free during every oil change. & they always offer coupon rates when i forget mine or when they have one available that i was unaware of- alignments and oil change and tires GREAT HOMETOWN SERVICE! I recommend every FEMALE whos tired of being ripped off to visit this particular Firestone Auto Care!

Let me come back a 2nd time with a family members credit card to pay for tires and told me I couldn't use that card that I had showed them the first time i was there to pay for the tires. Which is odd because I had done this many, many times before. When brought to the manager he insisted it was a long standing policy. Also other family members saying they felt disrespected there. Go somewhere else to buy your tires.

I broke down on the road, Scott the Manager towed my car in for free. The experience was very Stress Free... The Cost was great with and with the 10% discount was even better. And they checked my engine and topped all fluids for FREE! You have my word on it!! ? First I will tell you that your car is too dangerous to drive, and I will not let you leave my shop without me repairing the fake and made up repairs. I start by saying that your brakes are no good even though I never even looked at them. Another scam is I tell you that your serpentine belt is about to break and that you will be stranded on the highway. This works every single time lol…losers. ? We will charge you for work that is not done to your car, and have no problem lying directly to your face. We at Tilden won’t install any new parts into your car because we don’t take out any old parts….this is a big part of my scam! ? You all are fools and that you do not know anything about auto repair. We’re big on bait and switch; it’s a great money maker. ? At the end you will be furious with all tactics and lies I use to rip you off. I do not care one bit about you or your families’, or the public’s safety for that matter. ALL I WANT IS YOUR MONEY period and I will do and say anything I have to get it from your wallet or purse! I was quoted alot more at Jiffy lube for a front brake service. My neighbor referred me to Sheridan Automotive. Not only did they treat me like an old friend, but they also replaced my front brake pads with factory parts at a price less than Jiffy Lube. I am glad that I have found them. Only two miles from my house.

I had trouble with my A/C and the dealer said I had a leak and it would cost over $2,000 to fix it. I was referred to Richie and he found it was just the motor and fixed it for half the price and it has not had a problem since. I now only go to Richie as he is fair, honest, and works quickly.
