My brother in law who ran a mechanical shop in Atlanta found Rapid Auto Care. They replaced brake parts on a Mercedes and he was happy. My Tesla front end was squeaking like a haunted house and knocking so he sent me to Rapid Auto Care to replace upper suspension control arms. They did a great job, car was ready when promised and price was great. I spent $$$$ at Tesla and they couldn't fix it but Rapid Auto Care did and it is still quiet and tight. Very happy with the service and I will return.

I have been the this shop several times and am always very pleased with the service. The shop is the cleanest I have ever seen. The manager and owner are so friendly. They aren't trying to trying to rip off their customers like some shops try to do. Bottom line: I would recommend this shop to anyone!

I have a motor home on a Ford chassis that had an intermittent ignition problem that no one could diagnose for nearly a year. Even Ford was baffled. I finally called these guys who came to my house, correctly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part needed and came back to install it. Problem solved and at a reasonable amount right in my driveway. I broke down on the road, Scott the Manager towed my car in for free. The experience was very Stress Free... The Cost was great with and with the 10% discount was even better. And they checked my engine and topped all fluids for FREE! Jeremy had replaced an alternater on my daughters car a few yrs ago so I knew he did good work and was very professional and reliable!!! I needed my ignition switch repaired and he was very efficient and trustworthy. Would highly recommend his services and would definately use him again should I ever need auto repair work done in the future.

I had trouble with my A/C and the dealer said I had a leak and it would cost over $2,000 to fix it. I was referred to Richie and he found it was just the motor and fixed it for half the price and it has not had a problem since. I now only go to Richie as he is fair, honest, and works quickly. I have a 2002 Toyota RAV4. Suddenly one day part of my exhaust system separated from the catalytic converter. I found Anthony on Mechanic Advisor and called for an appt. He said I could bring it right over for an estimate. He did not charge for the estimate. At first he thought it would need a new catalytic converter which he could get for much less than at the dealer but which was still very costly. I decided to leave it over night and rented a car through his connection with Enterprise. In the morning I called Anthony and was told the car was ready and the good news was that I had not needed a catalytic converter after all and the repairs would only cost about 1/3 of the original estimate. Very good news indeed. My SUV no longer makes noise and it runs great. His work also comes with a 12 month guarantee and I am extremely pleased to have found Anthony on Mechanic Advisor.
