Tesla front end work

My brother in law who ran a mechanical shop in Atlanta found Rapid Auto Care. They replaced brake parts on a Mercedes and he was happy. My Tesla front end was squeaking like a haunted house and knocking so he sent me to Rapid Auto Care to replace upper suspension control arms. They did a great job, car was ready when promised and price was great. I spent $$$$ at Tesla and they couldn't fix it but Rapid Auto Care did and it is still quiet and tight. Very happy with the service and I will return.

Oil change, etc. etc.

Never going back. Work is Rapid all right, and never Complete. There’s always another issue after car or SUV is supposedly fixed. Make sure if you happen (hopefully not) to go for an oil change complete full with oil. I was oversold on tires which, thankfully I denied because didn’t need. I was taken advantage of as a women. Just please be cautious if you choose these people.

replace two engine mounts (the WRONG service)

At my last visit in January for a few repairs, they printed me an estimate of things I'll need. The guy highlighted the most crucial repairs which were the four wheel alignment and the outer tie rods. Thinking it would almost be irresponsible not to, I made an appointment to have those done. I even brought the same paper with the highlights. He said okay and that was it. Between then and picking my car up, I received no phone calls or texts about any changes at all. I think you know where I'm going with this. I arrive with my father (my lift) and received a price I didn't expect, he printed up what was done and what was needed. They went AGAINST my simple directions; They replaced two engine mounts and left the requested repairs undone. This has NEVER happened to me at Goodyear, Firestone, Jiffy Lube, Tires Plus, or Pepboys. I called them, furious, saying I hope they enjoyed my money because that's all they're getting and I'm throwing away all their other estimates because I no longer trust them. They later called me back but I deleted the voice mail immediately at "sorry about the miscommunication" What? You can't read a list and write it down on the calendar? "Oopsies" aren't supposed to cost hundreds of dollars.
