Head gasket repair service near Atlanta, GA

This is my second time visiting Heritage VW for scheduled maintenance on my vehicle. Had to come in after the dreaded check engine light popped up on the dashboard though...ugh!! The staff here at Heritage is very professional and their work is very quick. I've enjoyed my experience with this dealership so far and will continue returning to this shop for all future issues.

My experience with Osborne Automotive has been a wonderful one. Their prices are fair, their service is second to none and they are very nice and professional people to be around. I am so glad that I was able to move down here from up north and to have found such a wonderful automotive service center.

Been going to Heritage Volkswagen for 5 years and I still carry my Passat there because of the competent technicians and the awesome customer service. Never had any problems of any kind at this dealership. Highly recommended.

I would like to thank David Jacov and his staff for always helping me out! I have found a diamond in the rough for a business being honest, ethical, and always doing a great job. David and Team have always helped me out when I show up first thing in the morning. I have a 2008 GL550 which is in very good shape but seems to need some "TLC" every now and then. I’m only posting this review because I’ve gotten several emails about reviewing yall. I usually never say anything if I have somthin bad to say. My experience here was pretty terrible. However, I’ll start off by saying the guy at the counter and the attitudes were all great. But when it comes to the service part… that’s a whole other situation. My first impression when I got my car back was it smelled like a sweaty man had been driving it around. Then the radio came on to some super loud hip hop (which I love but obviously not my country presets). I realize that when you change the parts that y’all needed to change that you may have to go drive it around a little to make sure the breaks are working properly. But.. like for real? It smelled SOO nasty. Then as im driving out I notice the breaks were squeaking… they are still squeaking a week later… I love attention to detail so cleaning whatever funk is causing that would have been nice. Lastly, and most importantly, I’m very very conscious of the cosmetic condition of my newer ford mustang. It’s been my dream car since I was a little kid and I finally got one less than a year ago. I don’t race it or push it whatsoever. I have a perfect driving record and never been at fault in any accidents. That’s why I was extremely surprised to see some nasty curb rash on my driver side front AND back rims. Practically new painted rims. So now y’all probably understand why I would never want y’all touching my car ever again. After a $500+ job I would expect a little more care. Really frustrating. Lesson learned… Don’t just go to a repair shop because it’s right across the street from where you live.

I brought my car in for what I thought would be a major service. Too my surprise the repair was covered under warranty. My car has been out of warranty for a number (1000's) miles and the service advisor got with the service manager at Ed Voyles Honda, he made one call. Then it was covered! The service manger told me that since I was a loyal Honda customer, Honda would take care of it. I love Ed Voyles Honda!

Very friendly, professional service. The worked hard to give me service and did a fine job repairing my truck. I had problema with the electrical system on my truck and they could have easily been dishonest. They isolated the problem and after testing some parts and they only replaced that which was broken. They did it all at a fair price. They deserve your business!

It is difficult to find people in the auto repair business that you can trust, Alan and the people at Accurate Care are those kind of people; worthy of your business and trust. We've (multiple family members) been taking our cars to Accurate for years - we're advised on the service we need - without fear of being over-serviced. Great repair shop! D'Best Auto care offers fantastic customer service - like one used to get in old times - where everybody knew everyone and you felt right at home. Diego Fuentes, the mechanic, who also happens to be the owner, is very knowledgeable and can work on just about any car, whether the older technology, or the newer computerized cars. Their prices are very good. I'm glad to have found a personal mechanic whom I can trust.

Just had an experience with them that makes me a life long customer. Have always had good experiences with them and never feel like I'm getting taken for a ride. Customer Service and repair abilities are bar none. Thank you guys for all you have done.

DO NOT buy gas here. My truck has a 26 gallon tank, and these thieves charged me $141 to fill it. As $4.369, that works out to 32.27 gallons in a 26 gallon tank. I have reported them to the state department of agriculture weights & measures division, and will NEVER be spending money here again.

The service was incredible! My only issue was the amount of time it took to receive the oil filter for the car. It was well over 1.5 hours and forced me to miss my flight. But the experience was terrific, I get not having a part. But the supplier took far too long delivering and I could not leave because the car had no oil. I won’t let this issue hinder me from visiting again because it wasn’t Executive Repairs issue.

Kudos to Ed for excellent service! Lextech didn't handle the type of repair I needed but Ed was well versed in the nature of my issue and gave me an A+ referral that led me to saving a couple thousand dollars! The last thing I wanted to do was call the dealership and thanks to him I didn't have to. He was super patient, even providing me with the full address and number of the shop.
