The service was incredible! My only issue was the amount of time it took to receive the oil filter for the car. It was well over 1.5 hours and forced me to miss my flight. But the experience was terrific, I get not having a part. But the supplier took far too long delivering and I could not leave because the car had no oil. I won’t let this issue hinder me from visiting again because it wasn’t Executive Repairs issue.

Diagnosis determined it was a sensor that had gone bad. It was quickly replaced and no problems starting since that time. Before my husband left the shop, he happened to mention the problem with the driver seat not being able to go all the way forward. The owner, Frank, reset the codes and that problem was immediately fixed too. We had previously taken the car to another repair shop for the same problem and paid over $400 for no fix.

also included in the oil change they check all my fluids and tire pressure. IF they notice a tail light out when changing the oil they will change most of the time.

Terrific Shop
This was my second major repair work done at Executive Repairs. Frank is terrific and his folks really care about their work. The piece quoted both times was the price I paid, no additional upselling or charges were brought up. On this last visit, I had a shield under the car coming loose. I noticed after I picked my car up that they had tightened it up even adding additional screws. I was never told they did this and it had nothing to do with the scope of work paid for. This was a pleasant surprise and the fact they did it and did not even mention it shows their outstanding character. I recommend Executive Repairs to everyone and they have a loyal customer in me.

Mercedes Repair
Frank has been servicing our cars since 2000. He has ALWAYS been honest and reliable in providing great service. He lets us know what repairs we need and what can wait. His great service has actually impacted the choice of cars we choose to purchase.
