Retail tire service near Atlanta, GA

Just had an experience with them that makes me a life long customer. Have always had good experiences with them and never feel like I'm getting taken for a ride. Customer Service and repair abilities are bar none. Thank you guys for all you have done.

I've had several services done at this location and I must say Bob provides exceptional service and he's extremely knowledgable. It's a rarity to find honest people in the automotive repair industry but that's exactly what I found at the pep boys in Douglasville. If you haven't tried them I suggest you do and don't forget to ask for Bob. Nikki

The service was incredible! My only issue was the amount of time it took to receive the oil filter for the car. It was well over 1.5 hours and forced me to miss my flight. But the experience was terrific, I get not having a part. But the supplier took far too long delivering and I could not leave because the car had no oil. I won’t let this issue hinder me from visiting again because it wasn’t Executive Repairs issue.

Kudos to Ed for excellent service! Lextech didn't handle the type of repair I needed but Ed was well versed in the nature of my issue and gave me an A+ referral that led me to saving a couple thousand dollars! The last thing I wanted to do was call the dealership and thanks to him I didn't have to. He was super patient, even providing me with the full address and number of the shop. Ausom job! I have a few friends and family that are in the trade, unfortunately we not where they could do the work. So I had it done here. I was impressed and so has my friend a family in the trade on the work that was done. Very professional. The manger and Tech. found a fixed things not in the quote! Will use them in the future, they are my new place.
