I was recommended by a friend of a friend to go to this shop. I came in due to a constant whining sound of the motor. I explained my issue and provided video. I left the car there two days, they put a bunch of over-priced not 100% necessary parts on the car and double charged for oil. No, the whining noise was never from a rubbing bolt on the rotor. I approved the quotes and would just deal with the pricing because I assumed that it would actually fix the problem and give me peace of mind. It did NOT. I still have the same problem. I let them know and they quoted me more labor fees. C'mon, as car people this was ridiculous. Do better.

Never happy when an unexpected ALERT pops up, requiring “Maintenance.” No clue what this was for = called Ozzie, set up an appt to drop off my car, overnight, for service the next morning. “No issues after checking all possible options,” per the shop! Great results in putting my mind at ease over this ALERT, and < $40 is great! Thanks, Ozzie!!

Stopped in for their advertised AC service/tuneup and only received an outrageous quote To replace the entire system. No services were actually rendered, so I left disappointed.

I took my VW Beetle to Tower twice for them to detect the cause and repair a very obvious clatter. Both times they failed until ultimately it was revealed that the pistons and valves were butting heads and when they finally clashed, the top half of my engine was destroyed. When I recognized their incompetence and had my car towed to a VW repairman, the repair bill for that catastrophic failure was about $5,500. This could've been avoided had Tower known what they were dealing with. I would not allow Tower to work on another vehicle, come hell or high water.

Took 3 weeks and over $3,000 to repair a wheel axle and a couple other things.

What a refreshing feeling to finally meet an honest, trustworthy and a very experienced Lexus master mechanic who's main objective is to offer second to none the highest quality auto service any driver can experience. In mind November 2018, after being pulled by a cop for a blown out headlight, mechanic Josh Dyer took me in as a walk the very next day diagnosed my car issue for free and replaced the correct headlight bulb saving me over $400 in charges I would have paid at other local foreign car master mechanics or even at the Lexus dealership down the street. Who does that these days. Both he and his office manager were sweet, polite and treated me as if I was their only customer yet he had 2 customers ahead of me. Not only did Josh save me $$$ and was 100% honest about what the root cause of my blinking headlamp, he also did a quick a tune up for this newly purchased used 2005 Lexus RX 330 and sent me on my way.
