What a refreshing feeling to finally meet an honest, trustworthy and a very experienced Lexus master mechanic who's main objective is to offer second to none the highest quality auto service any driver can experience. In mind November 2018, after being pulled by a cop for a blown out headlight, mechanic Josh Dyer took me in as a walk the very next day diagnosed my car issue for free and replaced the correct headlight bulb saving me over $400 in charges I would have paid at other local foreign car master mechanics or even at the Lexus dealership down the street. Who does that these days. Both he and his office manager were sweet, polite and treated me as if I was their only customer yet he had 2 customers ahead of me. Not only did Josh save me $$$ and was 100% honest about what the root cause of my blinking headlamp, he also did a quick a tune up for this newly purchased used 2005 Lexus RX 330 and sent me on my way. I will no longer trust my Lexus vehicle repairs to anyone but to Josh Dyer at T3Atlanta at 375 Aldridge Ave Scottsdale, GA 30079 (404) 633-7722

AVOID THIS MECHANIC 100%!!! This is one of the WORST customer service shops EVER. I brought my car up to them to be worked on because a light was on. It was running fine but I wanted to check it out. I call them up a few hours later and they tell me that my car is DEAD. WTF?!!??! Not only that but the guy on the phone was LAUGHING. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! YOU DON'T EVEN TELL ME?! I HAVE TO CALL THEM TO KNOW THAT MY CAR IN THEIR HANDS DIED AND THEN YOU'RE GOING TO FIND IT FUNNY?! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!! RUN FROM THESE PEOPLE ASAP.

I bought my 1990 Lexus LS400 in October 1989 and had it maintained by the dealer until about two years ago. I was referred to T-3 by a friend and they converted my old AC to a newer one. Their prices are considerably lower than the dealer and I find all their work on my car and my wife's ES350 to be outstanding. It has been a pleasure doing business with Ty and I recommend them without reservation. PDC
