I called for a appointment to bring my mini cooper in I told the employee that the car was having transmission issues and it would not change gears from 3rd to 4th gear .She said bring it in and a technician would hook it up to a computer to get a reading on it to see what the problem was. So when I picked the car up he did not get a reading from the computer because there was no check engine light on so he took it for a test drive. And said it was having transmission problems and he could replace it with a rebuild one for 7000.00 dollars the computer test was 157.00 that was not performed. So I'm not happy about that. She told me that he would have to put it on the machine to find out what was going on with it not a test drive.

I had a tire blow out on the interstate. Eddie came out and helped. He arrived earlier than expected and was friendly and helpful. He patiently answered my child's endless questions as well. Even though he was only assigned to tow, he stayed with me and changed my tire as well. Great service and help when I needed it.

My husband and I had a great experience at Infiniti of South Atlanta. We were in the market for a new car when we found the perfect G37. He took the time to really sell the car, which I explained was not needed because I had done so much research prior to our visit. The car had been perfectly maintained and is so very clean, it looks and drives like a demo! Summary: Took a tiny chip, made it into a large crack in less than 2 mins. I had a very small chip in the windshield. He came out, stuck a suction cup on it, pumped it up, and made it into a crack 3 inches long. Claimed it had only happened to him 4 times in the past 12 years. I do not recommend his service, as he managed to make a usable windshield into one that cannot be used.
