They went over and above what any other mechanic has ever done for me in the past. I opted out for any repairs because my car is old, and I am just going to replace it. As I was leaving, in the rain, one of their mechanics ran out to help me get my car up their driveway. They didn't ask for a dime...which as most of you know, most places would have. Signature Automotive Specialists seemed very honest!!

I made an appointment with them at Decatur GA location. Got message from them that appointment is not confirmed until they will call or send confirmation message. They never call or massaged me for confirmation. I also requested them to call me for the direction to the place, because one time I went to the address all I saw was some kind of warehouse place and ramp. They did not have courtesy to call me back.

DO NOT buy gas here. My truck has a 26 gallon tank, and these thieves charged me $141 to fill it. As $4.369, that works out to 32.27 gallons in a 26 gallon tank. I have reported them to the state department of agriculture weights & measures division, and will NEVER be spending money here again.

I still consider it a value to drive the 40 miles one way to have all of my services, from oil change to major repair done at Automotive Systems. All of the qualities you expect - a clean place of business, friendly people, and ALL very professional. 5 Stars is not enough to rate this business------I give them at least 7 stars.
