This is my second time visiting Heritage VW for scheduled maintenance on my vehicle. Had to come in after the dreaded check engine light popped up on the dashboard though...ugh!! The staff here at Heritage is very professional and their work is very quick. I've enjoyed my experience with this dealership so far and will continue returning to this shop for all future issues.

DO NOT buy gas here. My truck has a 26 gallon tank, and these thieves charged me $141 to fill it. As $4.369, that works out to 32.27 gallons in a 26 gallon tank. I have reported them to the state department of agriculture weights & measures division, and will NEVER be spending money here again.

Gabe and his team there have been a breath of fresh air to work with. These guys are highly skilled and knowledge mechanics who are able to service virtually any automobile there is. We at Merlin Auto Group are very selective about who we trust with the vehicles offer for sale. It did not take very long for us to recognize the value of having a relationship with J&L. Well my battery went out so 1st I have to get an special battery for it 2nd I have to recoded the car Dealership doesn't even know what kind of battery do I need so. I worked close to Wendt motors always seen the place but never stopped to check out so I went there Mr Pete very kindly helped me and he told me what are the things that I have to do it need to get done to the car, he recoded the battery so now no lights on??? He also contacted warranty cuz I needed turbos replaced so didn't work cuz supposedly,my warranty doesn't cover all that but still my bimmer runs like new so I ll save up $$$ to replace them at Wendt motors very professional & specialist on bmw so that's my place

The service was incredible! My only issue was the amount of time it took to receive the oil filter for the car. It was well over 1.5 hours and forced me to miss my flight. But the experience was terrific, I get not having a part. But the supplier took far too long delivering and I could not leave because the car had no oil. I won’t let this issue hinder me from visiting again because it wasn’t Executive Repairs issue.

Been going to Heritage Volkswagen for 5 years and I still carry my Passat there because of the competent technicians and the awesome customer service. Never had any problems of any kind at this dealership. Highly recommended.

I would like to thank David Jacov and his staff for always helping me out! I have found a diamond in the rough for a business being honest, ethical, and always doing a great job. David and Team have always helped me out when I show up first thing in the morning. I have a 2008 GL550 which is in very good shape but seems to need some "TLC" every now and then. I would recommend MB Techs over any other place I have gone for service in the entire Atlanta area.
