What a refreshing feeling to finally meet an honest, trustworthy and a very experienced Lexus master mechanic who's main objective is to offer second to none the highest quality auto service any driver can experience. In mind November 2018, after being pulled by a cop for a blown out headlight, mechanic Josh Dyer took me in as a walk the very next day diagnosed my car issue for free and replaced the correct headlight bulb saving me over $400 in charges I would have paid at other local foreign car master mechanics or even at the Lexus dealership down the street. Who does that these days. Both he and his office manager were sweet, polite and treated me as if I was their only customer yet he had 2 customers ahead of me. Not only did Josh save me $$$ and was 100% honest about what the root cause of my blinking headlamp, he also did a quick a tune up for this newly purchased used 2005 Lexus RX 330 and sent me on my way. There to collect the money alone. Wouldn’t give a bad review to a business but can’t hide my experience with this one. Yes, you are here to make money but what about customer experience? It felt I lost my 1400$ and asking me to part away with another 900$ without a single assurance, and a ce that speaks down on customer. Show empathy to your customer, explain issues rather than sounding condescending and asking them “Do you have a better place”. Maybe your father owns the WorkShop. Congratulations retaining your customers with this attitude.

Donald the owner is a great guy who treats people fair. The shop has been in his family for years and he really takes pride in what he does. His employees are also always very helpful. It's a good place to take your car.

I went there this morning to get my oil changed. The people working there were courteous, professional, and got the job done for a good price. Easiest oil change I've ever had - I asked for the basic oil change and my request was respected immediately. No one tried to up sell me any services which made the entire process simple and stress free. I'll definitely be returning.

The diagnostic is definitely worth it. I nstead of throwing parts at the engine this tells you exactly what is wrong with what ever problem you are trying to handle. work also comes with a warranty and the staff is great !
