Ausom job! I have a few friends and family that are in the trade, unfortunately we not where they could do the work. So I had it done here. I was impressed and so has my friend a family in the trade on the work that was done. Very professional. The manger and Tech. found a fixed things not in the quote! I've had several services done at this location and I must say Bob provides exceptional service and he's extremely knowledgable. It's a rarity to find honest people in the automotive repair industry but that's exactly what I found at the pep boys in Douglasville. Though I have used this facility for years, and never found them to be overly friendly, they got the job done. It was painless and quick. Until today... Whomever was manning the shop on the afternoon of 1/21/13 was extremely rude. We will no longer use this facility. We own 6 vehicles.
