Great repair shop! D'Best Auto care offers fantastic customer service - like one used to get in old times - where everybody knew everyone and you felt right at home. Diego Fuentes, the mechanic, who also happens to be the owner, is very knowledgeable and can work on just about any car, whether the older technology, or the newer computerized cars. Their prices are very good. I'm glad to have found a personal mechanic whom I can trust.

I would like to thank David Jacov and his staff for always helping me out! I have found a diamond in the rough for a business being honest, ethical, and always doing a great job. David and Team have always helped me out when I show up first thing in the morning. I have a 2008 GL550 which is in very good shape but seems to need some "TLC" every now and then. I would recommend MB Techs over any other place I have gone for service in the entire Atlanta area. STAY AWAY! I had a transmission installed, and they installed it improperly. The day I drove away it continued to bind and stall out. Transmission fluid leaked constantly from the yoke. I drove from inside the perimeter (where I live) to Roswell for them to check it out, 5 TIMES!!!! They assured me it would settle and eventually work properly. To this day, I have yet to receive a receipt. The day I picked the truck up, I was running late for work and forgot to get a receipt. It was binding the whole way to work. Every time I came to a stop it stalled out. They made no effort to fix it. The Transmission was bought from New Dixie Auto Parts, and New Dixie said Mechanic Express didn't replace seals or didn't align the torque converter and pump correctly. New Dixie said, I should demand to see receipts for the necessary parts that Mechanic Express should have bought to install the Transmission. Because according to New Dixie, they cut corners. In the end I'm out $1020(transmission, installation, and rental car for when the transmission died at 12:30am on North Ave) STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY FROM MECHANIC EXPRESS I bought another Transmission from M&S Auto and they installed it. I asked them to check what happened from the previous transmission that Mechanic Express installed. They said the torque converter and Pump were not installed properly which caused it to break and seals weren't replaced. Well...wasn't this fun. I'm in the process for small claims

My experience with Osborne Automotive has been a wonderful one. Their prices are fair, their service is second to none and they are very nice and professional people to be around. I am so glad that I was able to move down here from up north and to have found such a wonderful automotive service center.

Kudos to Ed for excellent service! Lextech didn't handle the type of repair I needed but Ed was well versed in the nature of my issue and gave me an A+ referral that led me to saving a couple thousand dollars! The last thing I wanted to do was call the dealership and thanks to him I didn't have to. He was super patient, even providing me with the full address and number of the shop. I’m only posting this review because I’ve gotten several emails about reviewing yall. I usually never say anything if I have somthin bad to say. My experience here was pretty terrible. However, I’ll start off by saying the guy at the counter and the attitudes were all great. But when it comes to the service part… that’s a whole other situation. My first impression when I got my car back was it smelled like a sweaty man had been driving it around. Then the radio came on to some super loud hip hop (which I love but obviously not my country presets). I realize that when you change the parts that y’all needed to change that you may have to go drive it around a little to make sure the breaks are working properly. But.. like for real? It smelled SOO nasty. Then as im driving out I notice the breaks were squeaking… they are still squeaking a week later… I love attention to detail so cleaning whatever funk is causing that would have been nice. Lastly, and most importantly, I’m very very conscious of the cosmetic condition of my newer ford mustang. It’s been my dream car since I was a little kid and I finally got one less than a year ago. I don’t race it or push it whatsoever. I have a perfect driving record and never been at fault in any accidents. That’s why I was extremely surprised to see some nasty curb rash on my driver side front AND back rims. Practically new painted rims. So now y’all probably understand why I would never want y’all touching my car ever again. After a $500+ job I would expect a little more care. Really frustrating. Lesson learned… Don’t just go to a repair shop because it’s right across the street from where you live.

I brought my car in for what I thought would be a major service. Too my surprise the repair was covered under warranty. My car has been out of warranty for a number (1000's) miles and the service advisor got with the service manager at Ed Voyles Honda, he made one call. Then it was covered! The service manger told me that since I was a loyal Honda customer, Honda would take care of it. I love Ed Voyles Honda!

Very friendly, professional service. The worked hard to give me service and did a fine job repairing my truck. I had problema with the electrical system on my truck and they could have easily been dishonest. They isolated the problem and after testing some parts and they only replaced that which was broken. They did it all at a fair price. They deserve your business!

It is difficult to find people in the auto repair business that you can trust, Alan and the people at Accurate Care are those kind of people; worthy of your business and trust. the short young long haired white guy outside is great, he was fast and did a professional job. I've been their afew times and he's always done a honest job on my familys vehicals, even when the dealer told me I needed something that I truly didn't.
