the short young long haired white guy outside is great, he was fast and did a professional job. I've been their afew times and he's always done a honest job on my familys vehicals, even when the dealer told me I needed something that I truly didn't.

I went to this meineke to get an oil change w/ free tire rotation. I also request an alignment be done. 3 hours after I dropped my car off I received a call from Mike (he said he was the owner) He said they could not do the alginment because the rear lateral control arms were bad and had to be replaced in order to do the alignment. I asked that he not worry with the alignment so I could replace the control arms then I would bring it back.30 minutes later I received another call from Mike and he said the could not do the oil change because the plug had been cross threaded. He said I might have to replace the plug. I asked how much he said $9. I told him to go ahead and replace it, then he tells me that well it could be the oil pan that is messed up. I told him not to worry with the oil change then and I would just come get the car. I would need to see about getting an oil pan from a junk yard. When I arrived he tells me that he rotated my tires anyway. I thanked him then he tells me that I owe him for that. I asked hom how much, he says $19.95. I let him know that that was the same cost as the oil change with free tire rotation, I should not owe because he should not have done the rotation when he could not do the oil change. He was rude and told me I still owed but handed me my keys. So I left. I had a friend who is a machanic look at the control arms so that I could purchase new ones. He checked everything out and said everything was fine and everything looked in good condition. Now I am stuck with a delima either he tride to rip me off or there is something else messed up and he told me the wrong parts. Now I am not really sure what to do. I would like to give someone a chance to rectify the problem. Unfortunatly, if no-one can help me I will be forced to use the resources that are availible to me; i.e.(Media, social Media, and review boards) to warn people about this terrible location so they don't get ripped off.

I had my transmission fluid and engine oil changed at this shop. Very nice staff! Mike is very courteous and got my truck completed while I waited! The mechanics are also very nice and they treated me and my truck with RESPECT! No grease on my truck anywhere. AND they got the oil sticker reminder in the windshield - unlike some places... Anyway, THANKS FOR THE GREAT SERVICE MIKE!!!
