Scotts Auto Center damaged my transmission in my 2007 dodge ram doing a routine service flush I have had the transmission serviced every 35000 miles from a dodge dealer in Cumming and have never had an issue. I had my truck in at Scotts to have some other repairs done and they recommended doing the flush because the fluid looked a little dirty. they said they would have the truck ready the next afternoon. Dan called at 5:30 pm and said there was a problem with my truck after they did the flush the truck would not move .and that they would have to do a complete rebuild of my transmission at no charge to me. I explained I have a HVAC company to run and a lot of customers to service over the next few days I told Dan I would need a rental so I could continue to run my HVAC company. long story short I spent 3 hours on sat driving 40 miles round trip and unloading my tools and parts and reloading into this rental van. as a result of Scotts damaging my truck I had to pay over time all weekend to my employees to get our customers taken care of. and when it came time to pick up my truck and pay the bill Scotts billed me for the transmission flush. I refused to pay for that part of the repairs and asked to speak to the owner Scott was very un professional about the whole deal. he told me I should be happy they paid for my transmission. I said the same one you messed up ? I went on to explain to him how much money this has cost me and how much of an inconvenience this has been. I was told if I didn't pay for the flush I wasn't getting my truck back. and then the owner Scott himself hung up on me . what kind of a way is that to treat a customer I was more than happy to pay for the other repairs they did. and our family has been customers of Scotts Auto for over 10 years. and Bob that is in charge of the front desk tried to justify it to me as well that they should be paid for the transmission fluid. its funny the transmission fluid costs the same as a transmission flush . Found these guys on Craigslist and it has been the worst f*#@ experience I have ever had. I gave this dude All BRAND NEW PARTs totaling to $2,700. To rebuild my motor and somehow the parts mysteriously came up missing. The police are involved and I may have to go to court to recover what was lost. Here is an update for you. 6/6/19 one month later since I posted my review and still haven't heard any thing from dude. police report has been filed and awaiting a court date. Waist of time

I had a tire blow out on the interstate. Eddie came out and helped. He arrived earlier than expected and was friendly and helpful. He patiently answered my child's endless questions as well. Even though he was only assigned to tow, he stayed with me and changed my tire as well. Great service and help when I needed it.

Summary: Took a tiny chip, made it into a large crack in less than 2 mins. I had a very small chip in the windshield. He came out, stuck a suction cup on it, pumped it up, and made it into a crack 3 inches long. Claimed it had only happened to him 4 times in the past 12 years. I do not recommend his service, as he managed to make a usable windshield into one that cannot be used.

Had my windows tinted last year and the drivers side window was pealing up from the bottom, I have a very busy schedule and it was nearly six months later. I thought they would give me a hard time, but rather all I had to do was show my receipt and they took care of it on the spot. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!! I'll be back for more work
