I have managed service departments, sold cars (retail and wholesale) in metro Atlanta and been affiliated with the auto industry, in some capacity, for the past 25 years, and T3 Automotive may be the best repair shop around. Ty is honest, fair and transparent. He won't try to sell you something that you don't need and he always takes time to understand your concern and to explain your car's needs. The mechanics are no-nonsense and they take pride in what they do. The only problem with this rating is that they don't allow for more stars.

I went there this morning to get my oil changed. The people working there were courteous, professional, and got the job done for a good price. Easiest oil change I've ever had - I asked for the basic oil change and my request was respected immediately. No one tried to up sell me any services which made the entire process simple and stress free. I'll definitely be returning.

What a refreshing feeling to finally meet an honest, trustworthy and a very experienced Lexus master mechanic who's main objective is to offer second to none the highest quality auto service any driver can experience. In mind November 2018, after being pulled by a cop for a blown out headlight, mechanic Josh Dyer took me in as a walk the very next day diagnosed my car issue for free and replaced the correct headlight bulb saving me over $400 in charges I would have paid at other local foreign car master mechanics or even at the Lexus dealership down the street. Who does that these days. Both he and his office manager were sweet, polite and treated me as if I was their only customer yet he had 2 customers ahead of me. Not only did Josh save me $$$ and was 100% honest about what the root cause of my blinking headlamp, he also did a quick a tune up for this newly purchased used 2005 Lexus RX 330 and sent me on my way. Ausom job! I have a few friends and family that are in the trade, unfortunately we not where they could do the work. So I had it done here. I was impressed and so has my friend a family in the trade on the work that was done. Very professional. The manger and Tech. found a fixed things not in the quote! Will use them in the future, they are my new place.

This is my second time visiting Heritage VW for scheduled maintenance on my vehicle. Had to come in after the dreaded check engine light popped up on the dashboard though...ugh!! The staff here at Heritage is very professional and their work is very quick. I've enjoyed my experience with this dealership so far and will continue returning to this shop for all future issues.

My husband and I had a great experience at Infiniti of South Atlanta. We were in the market for a new car when we found the perfect G37. It was late, and we were all so tired, but Aaron Middleton proved to be the best salesman. He took the time to really sell the car, which I explained was not needed because I had done so much research prior to our visit. The car had been perfectly maintained and is so very clean, it looks and drives like a demo! We started looking at the newer models but this was a chance for us to save some money and really asses the Infiniti experience. We are still in awe with their CPO program!!!! I hope that we continue to see the same professionalism after the sale. My husband and I value quality service and reliability in a vehicle, and it seems we found the perfect place and the perfect car!! Thanks again Aaron!!

I’m only posting this review because I’ve gotten several emails about reviewing yall. I usually never say anything if I have somthin bad to say. My experience here was pretty terrible. However, I’ll start off by saying the guy at the counter and the attitudes were all great. But when it comes to the service part… that’s a whole other situation. My first impression when I got my car back was it smelled like a sweaty man had been driving it around. Then the radio came on to some super loud hip hop (which I love but obviously not my country presets). I realize that when you change the parts that y’all needed to change that you may have to go drive it around a little to make sure the breaks are working properly. But.. like for real? It smelled SOO nasty. Then as im driving out I notice the breaks were squeaking… they are still squeaking a week later… I love attention to detail so cleaning whatever funk is causing that would have been nice. Lastly, and most importantly, I’m very very conscious of the cosmetic condition of my newer ford mustang. It’s been my dream car since I was a little kid and I finally got one less than a year ago. I don’t race it or push it whatsoever. I have a perfect driving record and never been at fault in any accidents. That’s why I was extremely surprised to see some nasty curb rash on my driver side front AND back rims. Practically new painted rims. So now y’all probably understand why I would never want y’all touching my car ever again. After a $500+ job I would expect a little more care. Really frustrating. Lesson learned… Don’t just go to a repair shop because it’s right across the street from where you live.

I finally found honest and reliable auto services with affordable rates! I always know that my car is in great hands at The Ultimate Motorwerks, and the service excellence exceeds all expectations!

It is difficult to find people in the auto repair business that you can trust, Alan and the people at Accurate Care are those kind of people; worthy of your business and trust.
