I’m only posting this review because I’ve gotten several emails about reviewing yall. I usually never say anything if I have somthin bad to say. My experience here was pretty terrible. However, I’ll start off by saying the guy at the counter and the attitudes were all great. But when it comes to the service part… that’s a whole other situation. My first impression when I got my car back was it smelled like a sweaty man had been driving it around. Then the radio came on to some super loud hip hop (which I love but obviously not my country presets). I realize that when you change the parts that y’all needed to change that you may have to go drive it around a little to make sure the breaks are working properly. But.. like for real? It smelled SOO nasty. Then as im driving out I notice the breaks were squeaking… they are still squeaking a week later… I love attention to detail so cleaning whatever funk is causing that would have been nice. Lastly, and most importantly, I’m very very conscious of the cosmetic condition of my newer ford mustang. It’s been my dream car since I was a little kid and I finally got one less than a year ago. I don’t race it or push it whatsoever. I have a perfect driving record and never been at fault in any accidents. That’s why I was extremely surprised to see some nasty curb rash on my driver side front AND back rims. Practically new painted rims. So now y’all probably understand why I would never want y’all touching my car ever again. After a $500+ job I would expect a little more care. Really frustrating. Lesson learned… Don’t just go to a repair shop because it’s right across the street from where you live.

IT SUCKS HOW BADLY SOME MECHANICS ARE OUT FOR EVERY DOLLAR AND ARE EVEN TRAINED THESE DAYS TO KEEP THEMSELVES IN BUSINESS. COWBOY IS THAT SECRET TYPE OF PLACE THAT EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT. GO IN AND YOU ARE IMMEDIATELY TAKEN BACK TO A BETTER TIME OF SOLID HANDSHAKES, HIGH WORK ETHIC AND TRUE CUSTOMER FIRST PRIORITY SERVICE. HE SPECIALIZES IN VIRTUALLY EVERYTHING, INCLUDING GETTING YOU A BEST FRIENDS PRICE ON ANYTHING HE CAN'T DO HIMSELF. HE IS VERY WELL CONNECTED, THAT IS VERY IMPORTANT. HIS 30 YEAR OLD ENVIRONMENT AND EXPERTISE IS REMARKABLY ASTOUNDING. IT WAS INCREDIBLE TO ME TO BE TREATED SO WELL BECAUSE HE NOT ONLY SAVED ME SO MUCH MONEY AND TIME HANDLING EVERYTHING, BUT HE REALLY CARED, WAS VISIBLY UPSET HOW I WAS SHAFTED BY MY LAST MECHANIC (BRAKES). I HAVE AN OLDER CAR, HE IS AMAZING WITH ELECTRICAL AND AC/HEAT. COWBOY IS A REAL, GOD FEARING HARD WORKER AND HIGHEST QUALITY OF PERSON I HAVE MET IN A LONG TIME. MY DAILY JOB INVOLVES MEETING PEOPLE. MY HUSBAND IS HISPANIC, HE IS NOT EASILY IMPRESSED. HE WAS ECSTATIC. THIS ECONOMY IS FAILING, TOO MANY CHOICES FOR THE CONSUMER. IT IS FULL OF BUSINESSES THAT NEED TO BE FLUSHED OUT, FAILING LARGELY BECAUSE OF THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES AND ETHIC. A REAL RACE AMONG CONSUMER AND BUSINESS OWNER TO SUCCEED. IN THIS GENRE OF BUSINESS, THE BUSINESS OWNER HAS A DISTINCT EDGE OF THE CONSUMER, BASED ON THEIR KNOWLEDGE. HERE IS A BUSINESS, WHO BY THEIR NATURE AND THEIR HEART, WOULD NEVER TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A CUSTOMER AND IS EXTREMELY INDIGNANT IF SOMEONE ELSE WOULD. HE DID NOT ASK FOR A REVIEW, BUT I AM SO INDEBTED TO HIM AND HIS GUYS. PERFECT CONCISE COMMUNICATION, PRECISE PUNCTUALITY OF COMPLETION, EVERY POSSIBLE EFFORT TO SAVE ME AS MUCH MONEY AS POSSIBLE, NOT MAKE HIMSELF AS MUCH AS HE COULD. I AM NEVER GOING ANYWHERE ELSE AND AM TAKING EVERYONE I KNOW TO HIM. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO THE PICKIEST OF PEOPLE. I HAVE TRIED HERE TO BE AS WELL WORDED AS POSSIBLE WHILE 3 LITTLE MONKEYS JUMP ON MY BED BUT I WILL GLADLY CLEAN UP BECAUSE TAKING THE TIME TO DO THIS REVIEW WAS THE LEAST I COULD DO IN RETURN FOR THEM. I brought my car in for what I thought would be a major service. Too my surprise the repair was covered under warranty. My car has been out of warranty for a number (1000's) miles and the service advisor got with the service manager at Ed Voyles Honda, he made one call. Then it was covered! The service manger told me that since I was a loyal Honda customer, Honda would take care of it. I love Ed Voyles Honda!
