I can’t say enough about Freed Performance. After getting my super charged 993 back from a dealership that was just doing some routine maintenance, it was in running horribly. No power and a strange very high cold start up idle. I took it to Sean and company at Freed and after a number of upgrades (RS cams, RS CLUTCH/flywheel, RS mounts, etc), a lot of extras while the engine was out, and troubleshooting the idle and power issues, the car is now incredible. Idles perfectly cold and warm, smooth/strong consistent power, very easy to drive clutch and feels rock solid. Thanks again guys!! Chris Ozment

repairing a major oil leak and installing a new transmission in my BMW 750Li…… it was in the hands of a real pro…… The car runs like it did when it was brand new and I am delighted beyond description. Scotts Auto Center damaged my transmission in my 2007 dodge ram doing a routine service flush I have had the transmission serviced every 35000 miles from a dodge dealer in Cumming and have never had an issue. I had my truck in at Scotts to have some other repairs done and they recommended doing the flush because the fluid looked a little dirty. they said they would have the truck ready the next afternoon. Dan called at 5:30 pm and said there was a problem with my truck after they did the flush the truck would not move .and that they would have to do a complete rebuild of my transmission at no charge to me. I explained I have a HVAC company to run and a lot of customers to service over the next few days I told Dan I would need a rental so I could continue to run my HVAC company. long story short I spent 3 hours on sat driving 40 miles round trip and unloading my tools and parts and reloading into this rental van. as a result of Scotts damaging my truck I had to pay over time all weekend to my employees to get our customers taken care of. and when it came time to pick up my truck and pay the bill Scotts billed me for the transmission flush. I refused to pay for that part of the repairs and asked to speak to the owner Scott was very un professional about the whole deal. he told me I should be happy they paid for my transmission. I said the same one you messed up ? I went on to explain to him how much money this has cost me and how much of an inconvenience this has been. I was told if I didn't pay for the flush I wasn't getting my truck back. and then the owner Scott himself hung up on me . what kind of a way is that to treat a customer I was more than happy to pay for the other repairs they did. and our family has been customers of Scotts Auto for over 10 years. and Bob that is in charge of the front desk tried to justify it to me as well that they should be paid for the transmission fluid. its funny the transmission fluid costs the same as a transmission flush . I called for a appointment to bring my mini cooper in I told the employee that the car was having transmission issues and it would not change gears from 3rd to 4th gear .She said bring it in and a technician would hook it up to a computer to get a reading on it to see what the problem was. So when I picked the car up he did not get a reading from the computer because there was no check engine light on so he took it for a test drive. And said it was having transmission problems and he could replace it with a rebuild one for 7000.00 dollars the computer test was 157.00 that was not performed. So I'm not happy about that. She told me that he would have to put it on the machine to find out what was going on with it not a test drive.

I’m only posting this review because I’ve gotten several emails about reviewing yall. I usually never say anything if I have somthin bad to say. My experience here was pretty terrible. However, I’ll start off by saying the guy at the counter and the attitudes were all great. But when it comes to the service part… that’s a whole other situation. My first impression when I got my car back was it smelled like a sweaty man had been driving it around. Then the radio came on to some super loud hip hop (which I love but obviously not my country presets). I realize that when you change the parts that y’all needed to change that you may have to go drive it around a little to make sure the breaks are working properly. But.. like for real? It smelled SOO nasty. Then as im driving out I notice the breaks were squeaking… they are still squeaking a week later… I love attention to detail so cleaning whatever funk is causing that would have been nice. Lastly, and most importantly, I’m very very conscious of the cosmetic condition of my newer ford mustang. It’s been my dream car since I was a little kid and I finally got one less than a year ago. I don’t race it or push it whatsoever. I have a perfect driving record and never been at fault in any accidents. That’s why I was extremely surprised to see some nasty curb rash on my driver side front AND back rims. Practically new painted rims. So now y’all probably understand why I would never want y’all touching my car ever again. After a $500+ job I would expect a little more care. Really frustrating. Lesson learned… Don’t just go to a repair shop because it’s right across the street from where you live.

I HAVE AN OLDER CAR, HE IS AMAZING WITH ELECTRICAL AND AC/HEAT. COWBOY IS A REAL, GOD FEARING HARD WORKER AND HIGHEST QUALITY OF PERSON I HAVE MET IN A LONG TIME. MY DAILY JOB INVOLVES MEETING PEOPLE. MY HUSBAND IS HISPANIC, HE IS NOT EASILY IMPRESSED. HE WAS ECSTATIC. THIS ECONOMY IS FAILING, TOO MANY CHOICES FOR THE CONSUMER. IT IS FULL OF BUSINESSES THAT NEED TO BE FLUSHED OUT, FAILING LARGELY BECAUSE OF THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES AND ETHIC. A REAL RACE AMONG CONSUMER AND BUSINESS OWNER TO SUCCEED. IN THIS GENRE OF BUSINESS, THE BUSINESS OWNER HAS A DISTINCT EDGE OF THE CONSUMER, BASED ON THEIR KNOWLEDGE. HERE IS A BUSINESS, WHO BY THEIR NATURE AND THEIR HEART, WOULD NEVER TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A CUSTOMER AND IS EXTREMELY INDIGNANT IF SOMEONE ELSE WOULD. HE DID NOT ASK FOR A REVIEW, BUT I AM SO INDEBTED TO HIM AND HIS GUYS. I had my brakes serviced and repaired my BMW ( head gasket repaired, radiator repaired and alternator repaired ). Euro Ultimate was kind enough to tow my vehicle for free. I brought my car in for what I thought would be a major service. Too my surprise the repair was covered under warranty. My car has been out of warranty for a number (1000's) miles and the service advisor got with the service manager at Ed Voyles Honda, he made one call. Then it was covered! The service manger told me that since I was a loyal Honda customer, Honda would take care of it. I love Ed Voyles Honda!

Very friendly, professional service. The worked hard to give me service and did a fine job repairing my truck. I had problema with the electrical system on my truck and they could have easily been dishonest. They isolated the problem and after testing some parts and they only replaced that which was broken. They did it all at a fair price. They deserve your business!
