Kudos to Ed for excellent service! Lextech didn't handle the type of repair I needed but Ed was well versed in the nature of my issue and gave me an A+ referral that led me to saving a couple thousand dollars! The last thing I wanted to do was call the dealership and thanks to him I didn't have to. He was super patient, even providing me with the full address and number of the shop. They have okay service. Sometimes they can be pretty rude. I came in for an oil change. They told me it wouldn't be long. An hour and a half later I go to see how much longer and another guy tells me my car is next. I was pissed considering the cars they were working on came after I got there. The guy that initially helped me apologized a lot, which is the only reason I gave them two stars. But I'm being generous.
