I was there for a P0130 error. I was told that it was an electrical wiring that needed to be replaced near the MAF sensor. The car had the same error code when I picked it up from them weeks later. I was then told that they fixed the problem, but because the ECU isnt communicating, I wont see that they fixed the trouble, which was some bull. Since the price had already reached nearly $700 for something they cant prove they did, I asked for my car. They took me to the garage where I can see my car with the back window down. They proceeded to tell me that the window problem was already there, even though I didn't have any window issues prior to me dropping the car off. I brought the car in for the error code. Now Im being told that I would have to pay an additional $248 to buy a part to roll my back window back up. I refused to pay that and told him that I wasnt paying for something they broke. They brought me back up front to call around for the part that he claim is the problem. The part was well over $300, but the owner didnt want to cover it. Instead, they chose to tell me they could fix it. By fixing the problem, they somehow, rigged the window back up. Since it was raining, I never checked behind them. I didnt realize until a few weeks later, when the sun finally came back out, that my window would not roll down. So not only did they rip me off for over $600, they broke something else, then lied to me about fixing everything. I would NOT trust them to do an oil change. You might leave with a non working AC.

This mechanic is amazing He just work on my 2014 BMW and charge me a fair price for repair that dealer wants a lot of money He is honest and really professional, I recommend him base on my experience, Thanks J & C for the service. Ruby P

I went there this morning to get my oil changed. The people working there were courteous, professional, and got the job done for a good price. Easiest oil change I've ever had - I asked for the basic oil change and my request was respected immediately. No one tried to up sell me any services which made the entire process simple and stress free. I'll definitely be returning.

What you don't get is a cappuccino machine in lobby and a copy of USA Today. What you get is great service at a much much better price than the dealership up the street. No frills at about 2/3 the price. Philip Bader

I have managed service departments, sold cars (retail and wholesale) in metro Atlanta and been affiliated with the auto industry, in some capacity, for the past 25 years, and T3 Automotive may be the best repair shop around. Ty is honest, fair and transparent. He won't try to sell you something that you don't need and he always takes time to understand your concern and to explain your car's needs. The mechanics are no-nonsense and they take pride in what they do. The only problem with this rating is that they don't allow for more stars.

Took 3 weeks and over $3,000 to repair a wheel axle and a couple other things.

This is my second time visiting Heritage VW for scheduled maintenance on my vehicle. Had to come in after the dreaded check engine light popped up on the dashboard though...ugh!! The staff here at Heritage is very professional and their work is very quick. I've enjoyed my experience with this dealership so far and will continue returning to this shop for all future issues.

My husband and I had a great experience at Infiniti of South Atlanta. We were in the market for a new car when we found the perfect G37. It was late, and we were all so tired, but Aaron Middleton proved to be the best salesman. He took the time to really sell the car, which I explained was not needed because I had done so much research prior to our visit. The car had been perfectly maintained and is so very clean, it looks and drives like a demo! We started looking at the newer models but this was a chance for us to save some money and really asses the Infiniti experience. We are still in awe with their CPO program!!!! I hope that we continue to see the same professionalism after the sale. DO NOT buy gas here. My truck has a 26 gallon tank, and these thieves charged me $141 to fill it. As $4.369, that works out to 32.27 gallons in a 26 gallon tank. I have reported them to the state department of agriculture weights & measures division, and will NEVER be spending money here again.

My experience with Osborne Automotive has been a wonderful one. Their prices are fair, their service is second to none and they are very nice and professional people to be around. I am so glad that I was able to move down here from up north and to have found such a wonderful automotive service center.

Been going to Heritage Volkswagen for 5 years and I still carry my Passat there because of the competent technicians and the awesome customer service. Never had any problems of any kind at this dealership. Highly recommended.

This is an excellent auto shop! I was most amazed at how knowledgeable and genuine the owner of the shop is. My driver side window wouldn’t close after I lowered it down on late Tuesday night. I contacted Wright’s Car Care the following morning and I drove to his shop. Ate breakfast and walked through some of the stores nearby (great marketplace nearby), and I couldn’t believe my car was finished! I had another auto shop that would have charged me 250 more and the service would have been subpar in comparison to Wright’s. If you’re trying to decide which auto shop to go to, Wright’s Car Care is my recommendation.

I saw the sign for a free brake inspection so I stopped in (they've been squeaking). The manager - Gerry, took the time to explain to me the differences for the various pads. He also showed me the pads that were on my car and the uneven wear indicating rotors. I decided to take care of everything - rotors and pads. So grateful to have a trustworthy mechanic. Thank you!!!
