I can trust and rely on Litz.. They do quality work for a fair price, and I know that I can trust them to do it correctly the first time.

I was very pleased when I was told that the expensive brake repair was not a safety issue. There has been a rattling sound when I brake, but it does not bother me if it is not a safety issue. I appreciated the honesty. -Farris Goodrum

They went over and above what any other mechanic has ever done for me in the past. I opted out for any repairs because my car is old, and I am just going to replace it. As I was leaving, in the rain, one of their mechanics ran out to help me get my car up their driveway. They didn't ask for a dime...which as most of you know, most places would have. Signature Automotive Specialists seemed very honest!!

Been going to Heritage Volkswagen for 5 years and I still carry my Passat there because of the competent technicians and the awesome customer service. Never had any problems of any kind at this dealership. Highly recommended.

I've had several services done at this location and I must say Bob provides exceptional service and he's extremely knowledgable. It's a rarity to find honest people in the automotive repair industry but that's exactly what I found at the pep boys in Douglasville. The service was incredible! My only issue was the amount of time it took to receive the oil filter for the car. It was well over 1.5 hours and forced me to miss my flight. But the experience was terrific, I get not having a part. But the supplier took far too long delivering and I could not leave because the car had no oil. I won’t let this issue hinder me from visiting again because it wasn’t Executive Repairs issue.
