If I could give a negative rating I would. Stay away from this place at all costs. They are overpriced and do not hold up agreements. They made a verbal contract with my son (which Georgia acknowledges verbal contacts as legally binding) to set up a payment arrangement so he could get his truck back as soon as it was done. Once the truck was done they changed it up and told him he had to pay the full $4,000 to get the truck. There were two witnesses that heard the verbal agreement and the shop manager, John even admitted to my mother on the phone he made the agreement with my son. This truck is our livelihood. Without it there is no money. Corporate is no help either because this is an independent store. The owner, Gary Rowe, does not communicate at all. I have sent him an email and requested phone calls and he refuses to speak with me. I am retaining an attorney. I am also alerting the news stations because upon reading the reviews I see that this is common practice for them. When we got the estimate back I told my son it was way too high and we needed to go elsewhere. He said he had been told we couldn’t because they had already started working on the truck. So they were already working on it without permission to begin. Red flags everywhere! The only reason I allowed the truck to remain there for repairs was because of the agreed payment plan. (By the way- the truck is actually mine and in my name- so they did repairs on a vehicle without the owners permission, as well) If anyone would like to fight this fight with us feel free to contact me at joymcdonald321@gmail.com

I would like to thank David Jacov and his staff for always helping me out! I have found a diamond in the rough for a business being honest, ethical, and always doing a great job. David and Team have always helped me out when I show up first thing in the morning. I have a 2008 GL550 which is in very good shape but seems to need some "TLC" every now and then. I would recommend MB Techs over any other place I have gone for service in the entire Atlanta area. I called several transmission shops looking for reasonable pricing for a rebuilt transmission, finally I called Tim at Dependable Transmissions Plus, he scheduled me to come in, give me price break down of all my parts and labor. Dependable Transmissions Plus was the most reasonable and I found comfort in allowing them to fix my car. When I gave him the go ahead to start the repairs, to my surprise, not only was my car finished as promised, He turned around and gave me a $100.00 discount. I had issues with a NAPA starter last November and got it traded out at this location. Well last week my car didn't start, so I towed it to a shop where the mechanic said my starter had gone bad. I take it to this location because the part was still under warranty. Instead of replacing it they toggled the wire around just enough to get it to start, get me off their lot so they wouldn't have to replace it under the warranty. When I asked what was wrong they said a loose battery connection!?! How is there a loose battery connection and I have power going through my car with no issues? How is it a loose battery connection and the other two mechanics missed it, and both said it was the starter?? I literally walked in on them discussing how they weren't going to replace it. I took the car home, and of course the car didn't start the following morning. The lights came on, the windshield wipers work, but of course the car didn't start. These people from the owner, to the manager, and technicians lied and treated me like I was some dumb chick that didn't know what I was talking about. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION...THEY LIE AND CHEAT YOU!!!!!

I’m only posting this review because I’ve gotten several emails about reviewing yall. I usually never say anything if I have somthin bad to say. My experience here was pretty terrible. However, I’ll start off by saying the guy at the counter and the attitudes were all great. But when it comes to the service part… that’s a whole other situation. My first impression when I got my car back was it smelled like a sweaty man had been driving it around. Then the radio came on to some super loud hip hop (which I love but obviously not my country presets). I realize that when you change the parts that y’all needed to change that you may have to go drive it around a little to make sure the breaks are working properly. But.. like for real? It smelled SOO nasty. Then as im driving out I notice the breaks were squeaking… they are still squeaking a week later… I love attention to detail so cleaning whatever funk is causing that would have been nice. Lastly, and most importantly, I’m very very conscious of the cosmetic condition of my newer ford mustang. It’s been my dream car since I was a little kid and I finally got one less than a year ago. I don’t race it or push it whatsoever. I have a perfect driving record and never been at fault in any accidents. That’s why I was extremely surprised to see some nasty curb rash on my driver side front AND back rims. Practically new painted rims. So now y’all probably understand why I would never want y’all touching my car ever again. After a $500+ job I would expect a little more care. Really frustrating. Lesson learned… Don’t just go to a repair shop because it’s right across the street from where you live.

The Manager, Mark, was awesome! I had my transmission rebuilt along with a few other things and got great service. Mark explained everything to me, broke down to me different procedures of what they do to diagnose and fix the problem(s) and did an excellent job rectifying a previous complaint I had. My car runs great now and as long as Mark is the manager, you can trust the work to be honest and high quality. Will be taking all my vehicles here for any and everything.

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH POSITIVE THINGS ABOUT DAVID. I DROVE DOWN TO GEORGA TO VISIT FAMILY AND DISCOVERED A SPOT OF TRANMISSION FLUID ON MY SISTER'S DRIVEWAY. SINCE I HAD 900 MILES TO DRIVE MY FAMILY BACK NORTH TO NEW YORK, I WAS REALLY UPSET TO SAY THE LEAST! DAVID WAS PROFFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGABLE. HE INSPECTED MY MINI VAN RIGHT AWAY AND SHOWED ME EXACTLY WHAT HAD HAPPENED. AND TO TOP IT OFF, HE WOULD NOT ACCEPT A PENNY FOR HIS TIME!!! AS A NATIVE NEW YORKER, I WAS IN A STATE OF TOTAL SHOCK!!! IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS, QUESTIONS OR PROBLEMS WITH YOUR CAR'S TRANMISSION, DO NOT HESITATE TO BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!

I brought my car in for what I thought would be a major service. Too my surprise the repair was covered under warranty. My car has been out of warranty for a number (1000's) miles and the service advisor got with the service manager at Ed Voyles Honda, he made one call. Then it was covered! The service manger told me that since I was a loyal Honda customer, Honda would take care of it. I love Ed Voyles Honda!

It is difficult to find people in the auto repair business that you can trust, Alan and the people at Accurate Care are those kind of people; worthy of your business and trust. We've (multiple family members) been taking our cars to Accurate for years - we're advised on the service we need - without fear of being over-serviced. We remain fans of Accurate Care Automotive and recommend them to others.

It took a month and a half for them to even get my lift kit in after I ordered it and payed for it, so I went ahead and let them put it on for me. They told me that had to cut one of the parts because it was 3" too big which was no problem. They then told me it would take a day and a half, but it took 3 days and I had to have it towed back home to "fix the front end", they told me all the parts I had to replace and told me the parts I had to replace for sure for them to align it. I replaced the parts that they said HAD to be replaced for them to align it and when I came back they told me they still couldn't do it because I still had to replace the others that they previously told me not to replace. So I asked for my money back and took it elsewhere. They also forgot to put on my back right shock, bolts were loose, and they misplaced my front drive shaft. They left the bolts for the shock on my frame after it already took them 3 days to "complete it". I also took it to another shop and they told me I only had to replace 1 thing for them to align it. I WILL NOT BE BACK, the manager was rude and didn't know what he was talking about along with the techs. The ONLY thing I can say was good was that Jason had excellent customer service and he seemed to be the only one I could talk to who knew what he was doing.
