"supposed starter replacement"
I had issues with a NAPA starter last November and got it traded out at this location. Well last week my car didn't start, so I towed it to a shop where the mechanic said my starter had gone bad. I take it to this location because the part was still under warranty. Instead of replacing it they toggled the wire around just enough to get it to start, get me off their lot so they wouldn't have to replace it under the warranty. When I asked what was wrong they said a loose battery connection!?! How is there a loose battery connection and I have power going through my car with no issues? How is it a loose battery connection and the other two mechanics missed it, and both said it was the starter?? I literally walked in on them discussing how they weren't going to replace it. I took the car home, and of course the car didn't start the following morning. The lights came on, the windshield wipers work, but of course the car didn't start. These people from the owner, to the manager, and technicians lied and treated me like I was some dumb chick that didn't know what I was talking about. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION...THEY LIE AND CHEAT YOU!!!!!

Frauds at work
This business is conducting fraudulent activities. I myself experienced being quoted one price and then charged several hundreds more dollars before my vehicle was returned. The work they did was so poor I had to have my car towed to another location to be repair from what they had damaged. I would never under any circumstance bring any vehicle to their shop, ever!
