Engine repair service near Forest Park, GA

Went in for an alignment on my Mercedes AMG. Service tech disappears with my car for 20-30 mins. I ask where is my car? Manager Jason Liechty says he’s doing a high speed test drive. A what? I instantly had a bad feeling because everyone doesn’t know how to drive this car fast without fucking shit up . Aside from that, why are you driving my car fast for a an alignment and disappearing for 20 mins? The guy comes back and puts my car on the lift and a few mins later the manager is showing me a waterfall of coolant coming from my radiator. Unbeknown to him the car was serviced by a Mercedes dealership just last week no oil leaks no coolant leaks no nothing. Manager denies any wrongdoing or responsibility despite HIS guy being the last to drive the car. For all I know he could’ve taken the car around the corner and smashed my radiator in an attempt to get me to buy parts from them because he was on the phone trying to price a new radiator before I even told him to. No way that radiator should fail if driven normally. Somehow they overheated the car and busted my radiator.Then the douche tells me the car has enough coolant in it to drive.Shop should’ve taken responsibility but now is going to have to explain it to a judge. This con artist of a Manager at this location should be replaced and the regional manager isn't any better. Mind you this is the same location that was accused of stealing a woman's handgun from her car.

Don't go there. I went there to get some work done on my car. They (Abe Z.) Manager, told me to get the lower control arms done on my car. The price of the lower control arms would be $211 each. total cost for the repair would be over $700. I went to Rockauto and look up a lower control arm and it would only cost about $65 to %72 each. Order from Rockauto for a total of $150. Had a friend of mine that does own his auto repair shop to put it on for $150. I only spent the total of $380 on the repair. I am not a dumb on repair a car. I do know how to fix a car. I just don't have time to do it and I don't have any tools to do. Tireplus just lost another customer. I called for a appointment to bring my mini cooper in I told the employee that the car was having transmission issues and it would not change gears from 3rd to 4th gear .She said bring it in and a technician would hook it up to a computer to get a reading on it to see what the problem was. So when I picked the car up he did not get a reading from the computer because there was no check engine light on so he took it for a test drive. And said it was having transmission problems and he could replace it with a rebuild one for 7000.00 dollars the computer test was 157.00 that was not performed. So I'm not happy about that. She told me that he would have to put it on the machine to find out what was going on with it not a test drive.
