Ronnie and his son have fixed several of my lawnmowers, both riding and push mowers. They do a fast and outstanding job. They are a lot faster that most shops in the area and their prices are very fair and reasonable.

Great work, reasonable prices, excellent customer service / communication. What more could I ask for ? Runs like a champ! Highly recommended!

My wife took her Honda in for an oil change at the location. Several months later she went to the Honda dealer for oil change etc. The dealer mechanic showed us the stripped threads for the oil pan - the pan could not be used and had to be replaced. The dealer mechanic noted on the $600 invoice that it had been stripped by the last person to change the oil - Crabapple Exress Oil. I took the oil pan to the Crabapple Express Oil and the manager admitted the threads were stripped but refused to compensate my wife in any way. Ive taken the issue to the Area Manager and was dismissed out of hand. I called corporate but no response. This location and company take no responsibility for errors they admit they made.

brought my 92 e30 in it on oct 2018 and they did absolutely no work..quoted me 5000 with 1200 deposit in jan 2019. The quote had things that have already been replaced like ac compressor and and a headgasket that has no miles on it because i changed it my self before i brought it in .. I trimmed the quote down to 1400 and the deposit was 500 i thought that is pretty high...but i paid it..against my better judgement because i could feel the racist mentality when i came into the shop to talk about the repairs to my car in nov 2018 .i believe since they couldn't prey on an uninformed black car owner they chose to let my car sit for 2 months and when i called for an update on feb 13, 2019, they informed me that its best to come get my car and that they haven't done any work

I can’t say enough about Freed Performance. After getting my super charged 993 back from a dealership that was just doing some routine maintenance, it was in running horribly. No power and a strange very high cold start up idle. I took it to Sean and company at Freed and after a number of upgrades (RS cams, RS CLUTCH/flywheel, RS mounts, etc), a lot of extras while the engine was out, and troubleshooting the idle and power issues, the car is now incredible. Idles perfectly cold and warm, smooth/strong consistent power, very easy to drive clutch and feels rock solid. Thanks again guys!! Chris Ozment

Scotts Auto Center damaged my transmission in my 2007 dodge ram doing a routine service flush I have had the transmission serviced every 35000 miles from a dodge dealer in Cumming and have never had an issue. I had my truck in at Scotts to have some other repairs done and they recommended doing the flush because the fluid looked a little dirty. they said they would have the truck ready the next afternoon. Dan called at 5:30 pm and said there was a problem with my truck after they did the flush the truck would not move .and that they would have to do a complete rebuild of my transmission at no charge to me. I explained I have a HVAC company to run and a lot of customers to service over the next few days I told Dan I would need a rental so I could continue to run my HVAC company. long story short I spent 3 hours on sat driving 40 miles round trip and unloading my tools and parts and reloading into this rental van. as a result of Scotts damaging my truck I had to pay over time all weekend to my employees to get our customers taken care of. and when it came time to pick up my truck and pay the bill Scotts billed me for the transmission flush. I refused to pay for that part of the repairs and asked to speak to the owner Scott was very un professional about the whole deal. he told me I should be happy they paid for my transmission. I said the same one you messed up ? I went on to explain to him how much money this has cost me and how much of an inconvenience this has been. I was told if I didn't pay for the flush I wasn't getting my truck back. and then the owner Scott himself hung up on me . what kind of a way is that to treat a customer I was more than happy to pay for the other repairs they did. and our family has been customers of Scotts Auto for over 10 years. and Bob that is in charge of the front desk tried to justify it to me as well that they should be paid for the transmission fluid. its funny the transmission fluid costs the same as a transmission flush . Don't go there. I went there to get some work done on my car. They (Abe Z.) Manager, told me to get the lower control arms done on my car. The price of the lower control arms would be $211 each. total cost for the repair would be over $700. I went to Rockauto and look up a lower control arm and it would only cost about $65 to %72 each. Order from Rockauto for a total of $150. Had a friend of mine that does own his auto repair shop to put it on for $150. I only spent the total of $380 on the repair. I am not a dumb on repair a car. I do know how to fix a car. I just don't have time to do it and I don't have any tools to do. Tireplus just lost another customer. The Internet is a wonderful thing...(look up parts and also how to repair your own car)....
