EXCELLENT Shop in All regards, Courteous, Technically Excellent, Fast and Cost Competitive Service. We were in the ATL area visiting family and had a recurring electrical short draining battery that had been investigated in home state by 2 other 'good' shops without success. So I initially picked them from Web from previous good experiences with other Midas shops. However, these guys proved to be the BEST auto service Quality I've ever received. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! The BEST repair shop I have ever taken my car to!!!!!! The repairs performed on my car were done in a very timely manner and at a cost that was far cheaper than the dealership. I took my car to other repair shops in the area before finding Rocco's. The feeling that I was not going to be ripped off at Rocco's was almost immediate upon walking in. Johnny, one of the owners, made me feel very comfortable right off the bat. He was very professional and came across as extremely honest and sincere. It was very clear that he was extremely knowledgeable about car repairs when he took his time explaining to me in detail the issues they had found in my car. An EXCELLENT family-run, neighborhood European Auto Repair shop that I would recommend over-and-over-and-over again to anyone looking for an HONEST place to take their car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! My wife took her car to this shop to get the valve stem replaced on the front passenger side tire. The metal cover was cracked. This was purely cosmetic. I will make a long story short by summing it all up. The next day my wife gets into the car and while driving the new valve leaks resulting in a flat tire. We return the car to them. They fix the leaky valve but what was once a perfectly good tire is now our responsibility to get fixed. We just paid these guys 98.00 for a flat!!! Would have been cheaper to stab the tire ourselves. Now we are out of an additional 200- 300 for a new tire. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!

The service was incredible! My only issue was the amount of time it took to receive the oil filter for the car. It was well over 1.5 hours and forced me to miss my flight. But the experience was terrific, I get not having a part. But the supplier took far too long delivering and I could not leave because the car had no oil. I won’t let this issue hinder me from visiting again because it wasn’t Executive Repairs issue.

Went in for an alignment on my Mercedes AMG. Service tech disappears with my car for 20-30 mins. I ask where is my car? Manager Jason Liechty says he’s doing a high speed test drive. A what? I instantly had a bad feeling because everyone doesn’t know how to drive this car fast without fucking shit up . Aside from that, why are you driving my car fast for a an alignment and disappearing for 20 mins? The guy comes back and puts my car on the lift and a few mins later the manager is showing me a waterfall of coolant coming from my radiator. Unbeknown to him the car was serviced by a Mercedes dealership just last week no oil leaks no coolant leaks no nothing. Manager denies any wrongdoing or responsibility despite HIS guy being the last to drive the car. For all I know he could’ve taken the car around the corner and smashed my radiator in an attempt to get me to buy parts from them because he was on the phone trying to price a new radiator before I even told him to. No way that radiator should fail if driven normally. Somehow they overheated the car and busted my radiator.Then the douche tells me the car has enough coolant in it to drive.Shop should’ve taken responsibility but now is going to have to explain it to a judge. This con artist of a Manager at this location should be replaced and the regional manager isn't any better. Mind you this is the same location that was accused of stealing a woman's handgun from her car.
