Never happy when an unexpected ALERT pops up, requiring “Maintenance.” No clue what this was for = called Ozzie, set up an appt to drop off my car, overnight, for service the next morning. “No issues after checking all possible options,” per the shop! Great results in putting my mind at ease over this ALERT, and < $40 is great! Thanks, Ozzie!!

Stopped in for their advertised AC service/tuneup and only received an outrageous quote To replace the entire system. No services were actually rendered, so I left disappointed.

What you don't get is a cappuccino machine in lobby and a copy of USA Today. What you get is great service at a much much better price than the dealership up the street. No frills at about 2/3 the price. Philip Bader

What a refreshing feeling to finally meet an honest, trustworthy and a very experienced Lexus master mechanic who's main objective is to offer second to none the highest quality auto service any driver can experience. In mind November 2018, after being pulled by a cop for a blown out headlight, mechanic Josh Dyer took me in as a walk the very next day diagnosed my car issue for free and replaced the correct headlight bulb saving me over $400 in charges I would have paid at other local foreign car master mechanics or even at the Lexus dealership down the street. Who does that these days. Both he and his office manager were sweet, polite and treated me as if I was their only customer yet he had 2 customers ahead of me. Not only did Josh save me $$$ and was 100% honest about what the root cause of my blinking headlamp, he also did a quick a tune up for this newly purchased used 2005 Lexus RX 330 and sent me on my way. Been going to Heritage Volkswagen for 5 years and I still carry my Passat there because of the competent technicians and the awesome customer service. Never had any problems of any kind at this dealership. Highly recommended.

Just had an experience with them that makes me a life long customer. Have always had good experiences with them and never feel like I'm getting taken for a ride. Customer Service and repair abilities are bar none. Thank you guys for all you have done.

If I could give a negative rating I would. Stay away from this place at all costs. They are overpriced and do not hold up agreements. They made a verbal contract with my son (which Georgia acknowledges verbal contacts as legally binding) to set up a payment arrangement so he could get his truck back as soon as it was done. Once the truck was done they changed it up and told him he had to pay the full $4,000 to get the truck. There were two witnesses that heard the verbal agreement and the shop manager, John even admitted to my mother on the phone he made the agreement with my son. This truck is our livelihood. Without it there is no money. Corporate is no help either because this is an independent store. The owner, Gary Rowe, does not communicate at all. I have sent him an email and requested phone calls and he refuses to speak with me. I am retaining an attorney. I am also alerting the news stations because upon reading the reviews I see that this is common practice for them. When we got the estimate back I told my son it was way too high and we needed to go elsewhere. He said he had been told we couldn’t because they had already started working on the truck. So they were already working on it without permission to begin. Red flags everywhere! The only reason I allowed the truck to remain there for repairs was because of the agreed payment plan. (By the way- the truck is actually mine and in my name- so they did repairs on a vehicle without the owners permission, as well) If anyone would like to fight this fight with us feel free to contact me at joymcdonald321@gmail.com

I’m only posting this review because I’ve gotten several emails about reviewing yall. I usually never say anything if I have somthin bad to say. My experience here was pretty terrible. However, I’ll start off by saying the guy at the counter and the attitudes were all great. But when it comes to the service part… that’s a whole other situation. My first impression when I got my car back was it smelled like a sweaty man had been driving it around. Then the radio came on to some super loud hip hop (which I love but obviously not my country presets). I realize that when you change the parts that y’all needed to change that you may have to go drive it around a little to make sure the breaks are working properly. But.. like for real? It smelled SOO nasty. Then as im driving out I notice the breaks were squeaking… they are still squeaking a week later… I love attention to detail so cleaning whatever funk is causing that would have been nice. Lastly, and most importantly, I’m very very conscious of the cosmetic condition of my newer ford mustang. It’s been my dream car since I was a little kid and I finally got one less than a year ago. I don’t race it or push it whatsoever. I have a perfect driving record and never been at fault in any accidents. That’s why I was extremely surprised to see some nasty curb rash on my driver side front AND back rims. Practically new painted rims. So now y’all probably understand why I would never want y’all touching my car ever again. After a $500+ job I would expect a little more care. Really frustrating. Lesson learned… Don’t just go to a repair shop because it’s right across the street from where you live.
