Lextech didn't handle the type of repair I needed but Ed was well versed in the nature of my issue and gave me an A+ referral that led me to saving a couple thousand dollars! The last thing I wanted to do was call the dealership and thanks to him I didn't have to. He was super patient, even providing me with the full address and number of the shop. They went over and above what any other mechanic has ever done for me in the past. I opted out for any repairs because my car is old, and I am just going to replace it. As I was leaving, in the rain, one of their mechanics ran out to help me get my car up their driveway. They didn't ask for a dime...which as most of you know, most places would have. Signature Automotive Specialists seemed very honest!!

I made an appointment with them at Decatur GA location. Got message from them that appointment is not confirmed until they will call or send confirmation message. They never call or massaged me for confirmation. I also requested them to call me for the direction to the place, because one time I went to the address all I saw was some kind of warehouse place and ramp. They did not have courtesy to call me back.

They didn't change the oil or filter and left my oil drain plug loose and was very unprofessional when I confronted the owner so I paid $26.95 for nothing so do not go to this business if you value your vehicles or $$$

I called for a appointment to bring my mini cooper in I told the employee that the car was having transmission issues and it would not change gears from 3rd to 4th gear .She said bring it in and a technician would hook it up to a computer to get a reading on it to see what the problem was. So when I picked the car up he did not get a reading from the computer because there was no check engine light on so he took it for a test drive. And said it was having transmission problems and he could replace it with a rebuild one for 7000.00 dollars the computer test was 157.00 that was not performed. So I'm not happy about that. She told me that he would have to put it on the machine to find out what was going on with it not a test drive.

Seriously, the owner is as sincere and kind as it gets while looking to save you cash on parts and etc. And he knows what he's doing cuz after an 800 mile roadtrip the day after fixing my brakes, I'm alive with A/C so crisp and cool..! The car never felt that good even when purchased and maintained at the dealer. I tried this place for the first time and it was probably the best decision.
