A call beforehand would’ve been nice to make sure I’m okay with that other brand. Instead I was left with no option, but to accept it. I had to ask why another brand’s tire was installed rather than what we agreed upon? The sales associate said it would take a week or two to get here from California. Why wasn’t I notified via phone/email beforehand??? Instead, deciding to proceed with another option.It’s a shame, I used to love doing business with Extra Mile.

But when I have to use a mechanic I love Apollon. They are always honest and very fair. It's hard to find a place that doesn't try to recommend unnecessary repairs and offers a fair price. I went for an oil change at Mr. Tire and was led to believe I needed $2000 in repairs or I would be stranded on the side of the road within a week. This place figured out what needed to be fixed and didn't try to upsell me on anything else. It's refreshing to go to a place that doesn't take advantage of that fact that I'm a young woman who knows nothing about cars. Go there! Sarah G. Chamblee, GA
