Suv repair service near Lithonia, GA

I have managed service departments, sold cars (retail and wholesale) in metro Atlanta and been affiliated with the auto industry, in some capacity, for the past 25 years, and T3 Automotive may be the best repair shop around. Ty is honest, fair and transparent. He won't try to sell you something that you don't need and he always takes time to understand your concern and to explain your car's needs. The mechanics are no-nonsense and they take pride in what they do. The only problem with this rating is that they don't allow for more stars.

The service was incredible! My only issue was the amount of time it took to receive the oil filter for the car. It was well over 1.5 hours and forced me to miss my flight. But the experience was terrific, I get not having a part. But the supplier took far too long delivering and I could not leave because the car had no oil. I won’t let this issue hinder me from visiting again because it wasn’t Executive Repairs issue.

They went over and above what any other mechanic has ever done for me in the past. I opted out for any repairs because my car is old, and I am just going to replace it. As I was leaving, in the rain, one of their mechanics ran out to help me get my car up their driveway. They didn't ask for a dime...which as most of you know, most places would have. Great repair shop! D'Best Auto care offers fantastic customer service - like one used to get in old times - where everybody knew everyone and you felt right at home. Diego Fuentes, the mechanic, who also happens to be the owner, is very knowledgeable and can work on just about any car, whether the older technology, or the newer computerized cars. Their prices are very good. I'm glad to have found a personal mechanic whom I can trust.

I called for a appointment to bring my mini cooper in I told the employee that the car was having transmission issues and it would not change gears from 3rd to 4th gear .She said bring it in and a technician would hook it up to a computer to get a reading on it to see what the problem was. So when I picked the car up he did not get a reading from the computer because there was no check engine light on so he took it for a test drive. And said it was having transmission problems and he could replace it with a rebuild one for 7000.00 dollars the computer test was 157.00 that was not performed. So I'm not happy about that. She told me that he would have to put it on the machine to find out what was going on with it not a test drive.
