Seriously, the owner is as sincere and kind as it gets while looking to save you cash on parts and etc. And he knows what he's doing cuz after an 800 mile roadtrip the day after fixing my brakes, I'm alive with A/C so crisp and cool..! The car never felt that good even when purchased and maintained at the dealer. I tried this place for the first time and it was probably the best decision.

brought my 92 e30 in it on oct 2018 and they did absolutely no work..quoted me 5000 with 1200 deposit in jan 2019. The quote had things that have already been replaced like ac compressor and and a headgasket that has no miles on it because i changed it my self before i brought it in .. I trimmed the quote down to 1400 and the deposit was 500 i thought that is pretty high...but i paid it..against my better judgement because i could feel the racist mentality when i came into the shop to talk about the repairs to my car in nov 2018 .i believe since they couldn't prey on an uninformed black car owner they chose to let my car sit for 2 months and when i called for an update on feb 13, 2019, they informed me that its best to come get my car and that they haven't done any work

Just had an experience with them that makes me a life long customer. Have always had good experiences with them and never feel like I'm getting taken for a ride. Customer Service and repair abilities are bar none. Thank you guys for all you have done.

I was very pleased when I was told that the expensive brake repair was not a safety issue. There has been a rattling sound when I brake, but it does not bother me if it is not a safety issue. I appreciated the honesty. -Farris Goodrum

They went over and above what any other mechanic has ever done for me in the past. I opted out for any repairs because my car is old, and I am just going to replace it. As I was leaving, in the rain, one of their mechanics ran out to help me get my car up their driveway. They didn't ask for a dime...which as most of you know, most places would have. Signature Automotive Specialists seemed very honest!!

David and Team have always helped me out when I show up first thing in the morning. I have a 2008 GL550 which is in very good shape but seems to need some "TLC" every now and then. Summary: Took a tiny chip, made it into a large crack in less than 2 mins. I had a very small chip in the windshield. He came out, stuck a suction cup on it, pumped it up, and made it into a crack 3 inches long. Claimed it had only happened to him 4 times in the past 12 years. I do not recommend his service, as he managed to make a usable windshield into one that cannot be used.

Lextech didn't handle the type of repair I needed but Ed was well versed in the nature of my issue and gave me an A+ referral that led me to saving a couple thousand dollars! This is my second time visiting Heritage VW for scheduled maintenance on my vehicle. Had to come in after the dreaded check engine light popped up on the dashboard though...ugh!! My husband and I had a great experience at Infiniti of South Atlanta. We were in the market for a new car when we found the perfect G37. It was late, and we were all so tired, but Aaron Middleton proved to be the best salesman. He took the time to really sell the car, which I explained was not needed because I had done so much research prior to our visit. The car had been perfectly maintained and is so very clean, it looks and drives like a demo! We started looking at the newer models but this was a chance for us to save some money and really asses the Infiniti experience. We are still in awe with their CPO program!!!!
