My experience with Osborne Automotive has been a wonderful one. Their prices are fair, their service is second to none and they are very nice and professional people to be around. The service was incredible! My only issue was the amount of time it took to receive the oil filter for the car. It was well over 1.5 hours and forced me to miss my flight. But the experience was terrific, I get not having a part. But the supplier took far too long delivering and I could not leave because the car had no oil. I won’t let this issue hinder me from visiting again because it wasn’t Executive Repairs issue.

I was very pleased when I was told that the expensive brake repair was not a safety issue. There has been a rattling sound when I brake, but it does not bother me if it is not a safety issue. I appreciated the honesty. -Farris Goodrum

Loved the service and the people! They helped me save lots of money when fixing my Audi A5!

They went over and above what any other mechanic has ever done for me in the past. I opted out for any repairs because my car is old, and I am just going to replace it. As I was leaving, in the rain, one of their mechanics ran out to help me get my car up their driveway. They didn't ask for a dime...which as most of you know, most places would have. Signature Automotive Specialists seemed very honest!!

I made an appointment with them at Decatur GA location. Got message from them that appointment is not confirmed until they will call or send confirmation message. They never call or massaged me for confirmation. I also requested them to call me for the direction to the place, because one time I went to the address all I saw was some kind of warehouse place and ramp. They did not have courtesy to call me back.

My husband and I had a great experience at Infiniti of South Atlanta. We were in the market for a new car when we found the perfect G37. It was late, and we were all so tired, but Aaron Middleton proved to be the best salesman. He took the time to really sell the car, which I explained was not needed because I had done so much research prior to our visit. The car had been perfectly maintained and is so very clean, it looks and drives like a demo! We started looking at the newer models but this was a chance for us to save some money and really asses the Infiniti experience. We are still in awe with their CPO program!!!! I hope that we continue to see the same professionalism after the sale. My husband and I value quality service and reliability in a vehicle, and it seems we found the perfect place and the perfect car!! Thanks again Aaron!!

This is my second time visiting Heritage VW for scheduled maintenance on my vehicle. Had to come in after the dreaded check engine light popped up on the dashboard though...ugh!! The staff here at Heritage is very professional and their work is very quick. I've enjoyed my experience with this dealership so far and will continue returning to this shop for all future issues.
