Horrible communication skills and doesn’t comfort customers. Only thing good about him is his prices are affordable; however, his customer service doesn’t outweigh his cheap prices. Do not go to Alex!!!! This guy is the worst service I have ever had in anything in life!!!!!!!!!!

Try to honor his warranty. You will have to take it back so many times to be repaired under warranty you will begin to hate him. When you take it in you will be last on the list for repairs no matter what is going on. He will not contact you when the work is finished. DO NOT take your vehicle to this man.

J&J Transmission agreed to replace his transmission with a “new”, rebuilt transmission. They kept the truck for 2 weeks and finally called that it was ready for pick up. Went to pick it up and followed my husband home (we live in SC). Truck didn’t even make it home and the transmission locked up again. They have $2500.00 of our money and we still have a broken down truck in front of our house, which we are questioning whether the transmission was ever even replaced at all!!!! It is impossible to reach the owner by phone and get a clear commitment to make this right! Legal action may be our only option at this point! Do not do business with these crooks!!
