Replaced transmission

I would give 0 stars if I could!! My husband broke down on his way to Atlanta for work. J&J Transmission agreed to replace his transmission with a “new”, rebuilt transmission. They kept the truck for 2 weeks and finally called that it was ready for pick up. Went to pick it up and followed my husband home (we live in SC). Truck didn’t even make it home and the transmission locked up again. They have $2500.00 of our money and we still have a broken down truck in front of our house, which we are questioning whether the transmission was ever even replaced at all!!!! It is impossible to reach the owner by phone and get a clear commitment to make this right! Legal action may be our only option at this point! Do not do business with these crooks!!
