Transmission repair service near Norcross, GA

I’m only posting this review because I’ve gotten several emails about reviewing yall. I usually never say anything if I have somthin bad to say. My experience here was pretty terrible. However, I’ll start off by saying the guy at the counter and the attitudes were all great. But when it comes to the service part… that’s a whole other situation. My first impression when I got my car back was it smelled like a sweaty man had been driving it around. Then the radio came on to some super loud hip hop (which I love but obviously not my country presets). I realize that when you change the parts that y’all needed to change that you may have to go drive it around a little to make sure the breaks are working properly. But.. like for real? It smelled SOO nasty. Then as im driving out I notice the breaks were squeaking… they are still squeaking a week later… I love attention to detail so cleaning whatever funk is causing that would have been nice. Lastly, and most importantly, I’m very very conscious of the cosmetic condition of my newer ford mustang. It’s been my dream car since I was a little kid and I finally got one less than a year ago. I don’t race it or push it whatsoever. I have a perfect driving record and never been at fault in any accidents. That’s why I was extremely surprised to see some nasty curb rash on my driver side front AND back rims. Practically new painted rims. So now y’all probably understand why I would never want y’all touching my car ever again. After a $500+ job I would expect a little more care. Really frustrating. Lesson learned… Don’t just go to a repair shop because it’s right across the street from where you live.

Euro Ultimate is ASE Certified & BMW Certified. Great staff and exceptionally good prices. I had my brakes serviced and repaired my BMW ( head gasket repaired, radiator repaired and alternator repaired ). Euro Ultimate was kind enough to tow my vehicle for free. I would also like to add that my car has been running strong and smooth for one year now thanks to Euro Ultimate.

prestige installed a new transmission from ford for me. the new transmission failed but Melvin didn't. As soon as soon as ford provided a replacement Melvin stopped everything and installed my transmission in half day without charging me an extra penny. This was my only work truck requiring to rent a truck until the transmission was installed. Melvin's dedication and energy saved me a lot of money.

Mark Gregor and his team were AWESOME! I am a woman and had a loud noise coming from under my truck. I took it to a auto-shop and they charged me a diagnostic fee and didn't even tell me the cause of the noise, only that they "THINK" it was the transmission. After taking it to Mark and his team, I got a call back and said that all it was is that the emergency brake line was disconnected. I asked how much to fix it, and he was honest with me and said that it only takes 3 minutes to hook it back up and that he isn't going to charge me for an hour worth of labor or try to cheat me out of any money! God bless this team! They are honest, hard working men with intergrity and definately value their customers! I will be back to this AAMCO with any future auto problems and will be recommending them to any and everyone!

I brought my car in for what I thought would be a major service. Too my surprise the repair was covered under warranty. My car has been out of warranty for a number (1000's) miles and the service advisor got with the service manager at Ed Voyles Honda, he made one call. Then it was covered! The service manger told me that since I was a loyal Honda customer, Honda would take care of it. I love Ed Voyles Honda!

Very friendly, professional service. The worked hard to give me service and did a fine job repairing my truck. I had problema with the electrical system on my truck and they could have easily been dishonest. They isolated the problem and after testing some parts and they only replaced that which was broken. They did it all at a fair price. They deserve your business!

It is difficult to find people in the auto repair business that you can trust, Alan and the people at Accurate Care are those kind of people; worthy of your business and trust. We've (multiple family members) been taking our cars to Accurate for years - we're advised on the service we need - without fear of being over-serviced. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH POSITIVE THINGS ABOUT DAVID. I DROVE DOWN TO GEORGA TO VISIT FAMILY AND DISCOVERED A SPOT OF TRANMISSION FLUID ON MY SISTER'S DRIVEWAY. SINCE I HAD 900 MILES TO DRIVE MY FAMILY BACK NORTH TO NEW YORK, I WAS REALLY UPSET TO SAY THE LEAST! DAVID WAS PROFFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGABLE. HE INSPECTED MY MINI VAN RIGHT AWAY AND SHOWED ME EXACTLY WHAT HAD HAPPENED. AND TO TOP IT OFF, HE WOULD NOT ACCEPT A PENNY FOR HIS TIME!!! AS A NATIVE NEW YORKER, I WAS IN A STATE OF TOTAL SHOCK!!! IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS, QUESTIONS OR PROBLEMS WITH YOUR CAR'S TRANMISSION, DO NOT HESITATE TO BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!

Kiki, Kailey, and Rocco are wonderful.

They did my oil change which was fine, but when they did my alignment on my car , the steering was still off centered. When I complained about the problem, they made up some excuses and would not fix the problem. At least they should offered me a discount on the price, but they would not. I would NOT recommend them and they lost my busines

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! My wife took her car to this shop to get the valve stem replaced on the front passenger side tire. The metal cover was cracked. This was purely cosmetic. I will make a long story short by summing it all up. The next day my wife gets into the car and while driving the new valve leaks resulting in a flat tire. We return the car to them. They fix the leaky valve but what was once a perfectly good tire is now our responsibility to get fixed. We just paid these guys 98.00 for a flat!!! Would have been cheaper to stab the tire ourselves. Now we are out of an additional 200- 300 for a new tire. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!
