Ty is honest, fair and transparent. He won't try to sell you something that you don't need and he always takes time to understand your concern and to explain your car's needs. The mechanics are no-nonsense and they take pride in what they do. The only problem with this rating is that they don't allow for more stars.

In mind November 2018, after being pulled by a cop for a blown out headlight, mechanic Josh Dyer took me in as a walk the very next day diagnosed my car issue for free and replaced the correct headlight bulb saving me over $400 in charges I would have paid at other local foreign car master mechanics or even at the Lexus dealership down the street. Who does that these days. Both he and his office manager were sweet, polite and treated me as if I was their only customer yet he had 2 customers ahead of me. Not only did Josh save me $$$ and was 100% honest about what the root cause of my blinking headlamp, he also did a quick a tune up for this newly purchased used 2005 Lexus RX 330 and sent me on my way.
