They went over and above what any other mechanic has ever done for me in the past. I opted out for any repairs because my car is old, and I am just going to replace it. As I was leaving, in the rain, one of their mechanics ran out to help me get my car up their driveway. They didn't ask for a dime...which as most of you know, most places would have. Signature Automotive Specialists seemed very honest!!

brought my 92 e30 in it on oct 2018 and they did absolutely no work..quoted me 5000 with 1200 deposit in jan 2019. The quote had things that have already been replaced like ac compressor and and a headgasket that has no miles on it because i changed it my self before i brought it in .. I trimmed the quote down to 1400 and the deposit was 500 i thought that is pretty high...but i paid it..against my better judgement because i could feel the racist mentality when i came into the shop to talk about the repairs to my car in nov 2018 .i believe since they couldn't prey on an uninformed black car owner they chose to let my car sit for 2 months and when i called for an update on feb 13, 2019, they informed me that its best to come get my car and that they haven't done any work

David and Team have always helped me out when I show up first thing in the morning. I have a 2008 GL550 which is in very good shape but seems to need some "TLC" every now and then. I had issues with a NAPA starter last November and got it traded out at this location. Well last week my car didn't start, so I towed it to a shop where the mechanic said my starter had gone bad. I take it to this location because the part was still under warranty. Instead of replacing it they toggled the wire around just enough to get it to start, get me off their lot so they wouldn't have to replace it under the warranty. When I asked what was wrong they said a loose battery connection!?! How is there a loose battery connection and I have power going through my car with no issues? How is it a loose battery connection and the other two mechanics missed it, and both said it was the starter?? I literally walked in on them discussing how they weren't going to replace it. I took the car home, and of course the car didn't start the following morning. The lights came on, the windshield wipers work, but of course the car didn't start. These people from the owner, to the manager, and technicians lied and treated me like I was some dumb chick that didn't know what I was talking about. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION...THEY LIE AND CHEAT YOU!!!!!

Kudos to Ed for excellent service! Lextech didn't handle the type of repair I needed but Ed was well versed in the nature of my issue and gave me an A+ referral that led me to saving a couple thousand dollars! The last thing I wanted to do was call the dealership and thanks to him I didn't have to. He was super patient, even providing me with the full address and number of the shop.
