These guys really have a passion for cars. I came here once for them to diagnose an oil leak that I later ended up fixing myself and I was just there this week for them to repair an adjustment on my seat. The work was completed on time and I am definitely satisfied with their prices. Of course, buying a German car means that repairs are more expensive, but this place is very reasonable. They have expanded over the years and my only complaint is the crowded parking lot. I am hoping they can move to a bigger facility soon just because of this, but if not, I will still continue to go whenever my BMW decides to act up again, which could be as soon as tomorrow, LOL! I definitely recommend them!

I was very pleased when I was told that the expensive brake repair was not a safety issue. There has been a rattling sound when I brake, but it does not bother me if it is not a safety issue. I appreciated the honesty. -Farris Goodrum

They went over and above what any other mechanic has ever done for me in the past. I opted out for any repairs because my car is old, and I am just going to replace it. As I was leaving, in the rain, one of their mechanics ran out to help me get my car up their driveway. They didn't ask for a dime...which as most of you know, most places would have. The service was incredible! My only issue was the amount of time it took to receive the oil filter for the car. It was well over 1.5 hours and forced me to miss my flight. But the experience was terrific, I get not having a part. But the supplier took far too long delivering and I could not leave because the car had no oil. I won’t let this issue hinder me from visiting again because it wasn’t Executive Repairs issue.

Great repair shop! D'Best Auto care offers fantastic customer service - like one used to get in old times - where everybody knew everyone and you felt right at home. Diego Fuentes, the mechanic, who also happens to be the owner, is very knowledgeable and can work on just about any car, whether the older technology, or the newer computerized cars. Their prices are very good. I'm glad to have found a personal mechanic whom I can trust.
