Engine repair service near Redan, GA

Don't go there. I went there to get some work done on my car. They (Abe Z.) Manager, told me to get the lower control arms done on my car. The price of the lower control arms would be $211 each. total cost for the repair would be over $700. I went to Rockauto and look up a lower control arm and it would only cost about $65 to %72 each. Order from Rockauto for a total of $150. Had a friend of mine that does own his auto repair shop to put it on for $150. I only spent the total of $380 on the repair. I am not a dumb on repair a car. I do know how to fix a car. I just don't have time to do it and I don't have any tools to do. Tireplus just lost another customer. The Internet is a wonderful thing...(look up parts and also how to repair your own car)....

He took the time to really sell the car, which I explained was not needed because I had done so much research prior to our visit. The car had been perfectly maintained and is so very clean, it looks and drives like a demo! We started looking at the newer models but this was a chance for us to save some money and really asses the Infiniti experience. We are still in awe with their CPO program!!!! This is my second time visiting Heritage VW for scheduled maintenance on my vehicle. Had to come in after the dreaded check engine light popped up on the dashboard though...ugh!! The staff here at Heritage is very professional and their work is very quick. I've enjoyed my experience with this dealership so far and will continue returning to this shop for all future issues.

Do NOT waste your time here. Got stuck in the store for 3 solid hours for an alignment. At first they did a half assed job at aligning, and when I asked them to show me the print out they suddenly had to "take the car back" to do it again. Once I got out of the store after the second try, I discovered they were trying to align the car to the wrong specs and on top of that, tried to tell me I needed a $450 camber kit to fix it. All the while, Tim snuck in a 3 year service deal that I did not ask for and charged me over 3 times what is normal for a standard alignment. I contacted NTB corporate to ask for assistance in getting some of my money back and didn't even get a response. Don't let them have your money, they don't deserve it.

My wife took her Honda in for an oil change at the location. Several months later she went to the Honda dealer for oil change etc. The dealer mechanic showed us the stripped threads for the oil pan - the pan could not be used and had to be replaced. The dealer mechanic noted on the $600 invoice that it had been stripped by the last person to change the oil - Crabapple Exress Oil. I took the oil pan to the Crabapple Express Oil and the manager admitted the threads were stripped but refused to compensate my wife in any way. Ive taken the issue to the Area Manager and was dismissed out of hand. I called corporate but no response. This location and company take no responsibility for errors they admit they made.

brought my 92 e30 in it on oct 2018 and they did absolutely no work..quoted me 5000 with 1200 deposit in jan 2019. The quote had things that have already been replaced like ac compressor and and a headgasket that has no miles on it because i changed it my self before i brought it in .. I trimmed the quote down to 1400 and the deposit was 500 i thought that is pretty high...but i paid it..against my better judgement because i could feel the racist mentality when i came into the shop to talk about the repairs to my car in nov 2018 .i believe since they couldn't prey on an uninformed black car owner they chose to let my car sit for 2 months and when i called for an update on feb 13, 2019, they informed me that its best to come get my car and that they haven't done any work
